While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Similar to other reviews
Similar to other reviews, sadly a dreadful experience with this company. They charge an ongoing significant fee for effectively doing 'nothing' of substantial value other than find the cleaner.
On multiple occasions they failed to provide a replacement cleaner when ours didn't turn up, despite this being part of their responsibility.
They now claim it is the customers responsibility to tell them the cleaner hasn't turned up.
They appear to be in financial difficulty as their website is now forwarding to daisymaid.co.uk - and they are threatening court action for a £29 termination fee - which is laughable!
My house has been clean for a year and…
My house has been clean for a year and I am really happy with that lady who cleans for me. It is really helped me.
They left property not cleaned
They left property not cleaned. Communication was quite difficult. Quite often they didn't even bother to reply to e-mail
avoid avoid avoid
avoid avoid avoid. I wanted to use the service to avoid the time spent arranging cleaners directly and all I've done is waste time dealing with this company two weeks in.
Specified the times that worked for me, am week days. It got to Thursday the first week and nothing from my cleaner. Chased up via the agency contact - Liz, I get a call and she can come in the evening. Fine. Arrives late. Makes me lock my dog away as she's petrified.
Mid week two and not heard from cleaner. I chase her directly. She said she has no space, she can come Friday night or Saturday. Also she's quitting as of that Sunday.
So that's it. I've already had enough, why not just get someone off facebook directly and save myself £30 a month?!
Told Liz I am not continuing with this absolute waste of time and all she's done since is chase me for £25 admin fee. What wonderful service? She's done nothing but be argumentative and obviously trying to line her own pockets.
She can swivel for her 25 quid
Jessica cleans our house for five hours…
Jessica cleans our house for five hours every week and we are really happy with her. She also does ironing when we need it. She is always reliable and on time.
STAY CLEAR
I haven't even got my first clean. But I explained i don't provide permits for parking and told whoever i spoke on the phone i don't do permits. I suggested a free road to park on but they still took their £2.90 per clean for 6 months. If i could give minus ratings i would. I'm messaging the cleaner the company for a new date no response.
At this point I just want to find a new cleaner as the way they have handled this is terrible
THEY IGNORE MY CALLS AND TEXTS,
i had to hide my caller ID to get hold of their area manager.
Trying to get my key of their cleaner and she is being difficult.
i wish i never came across this company
