Your warranty is worthless if you buy from this company

I purchased an item from Bjtrading. The item broke within the warranty expiration date mandated by law and I contacted them.

They responded that The company BJ trading went bankrupt and that they don't have to help me. Even so, they reopened a few months ago under a new company is using the same site and the same business model the same people and ownership. Meaning they still do as before. In any case, I asked them the device is still under warranty and there must be something that can be done?

They replied sorry you are on your own and we don't have any obligation to help you due to the company closing but still operating under the same brand and ownership.
The company is engaged in the practice of taking people's money, then going belly up and reopening as a new company with the same company structure and business type. Making the customer suffer in the process in case of any issue. This is not a good practice for a company trying to make business in the long run. But it is about easy fast money.

Luckily I contacted the manufacture of the product and I explained the issue with Bjtrading.
The manufacture was very unsatisfied with Bjtrading and how they are asset stripping of the company closing and reopening under the same company page and business type leaving the customers in the cold. In practice, this is an illegal, and local authorities dealing with this kind of issue are informed. The manufacture offered me to exchange the item without any questions asked. This was helpful

But all of you must understand that if you buy from BJtranding may and will end up in the situation as I and if the manufacture refuses to help you can end up with a worthless device.

Don’t waste your time and money on BJ trading

We ordered a fan from them, because it was on sale (so was it at that time at other retailers). A few days later we received a message, that they don’t have the item in stock and that they don’t have any idea how long we would need to wait. So after the cancelled order, now the fan is back at the original price everywhere. :-(
If you find an item with the same price at Bj-trading and somewhere else, go with the somewhere else.

Have used 2-3 times, always get advertised part in 1-2 business days + delivery time, good stuff.

I won't recommend. I bought a Fotoramme an it was not as description. I send it back and I paid for transport but they never give back the money for the product or ever contacted me. There are 9 months ever since.
