You ordered on April 6th and we shipped on April 11th, shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. It says on the tracking that the first delivery attempt by the carrier was on April 18th, but you were not located. They made three unsuccessful delivery attempts and your order was delivered to a UPS access point for pickup!
We apologize, but we depend on the carrier and when they can't find someone at the address, they may not deliver.
But we're glad you liked the products and we hope you have a better experience next time you buy!

I will advice you to get some gloves for the application and apply them on a ventilated area cause the smell is strong, the products are very good you will see and feel the difference after you wash your hair! 💯 Recommended! Purchase of aftershave
I purchased an aftershave that is not available in the UK so great to be able to find it with a better shipping cost than has been quoted from other suppliers.
Only bad element is that I am assuming border forces ripped it open to examine (it had border force tape all over it) and completely destroyed the packaging it is in, as it is a gift this is frustrating, hence the drop of a star.....

I have ordered products from them. The whole package was damaged and I have contacted the customer service but still I don’t have response from them! Zero professionalism! I will never buy from them! If those products were cheap then it’s fine but for a small 100ml bottle nearly £50? This is too much plus damaged that I couldn’t use it. I threw to the bin! Shame on you!!
