Bag lost/stolen without help
I left my bag on the bus in trieste, italy. It had $5000 worth of electronics in it. I immediately realized it and rushed back to the station, where the bus had left early from its 20-minute stop. I immediately contacted the company ... and after dozens of emails, tweets, etc., they responded that they would contact their "bus partner" Shortly after they confirmed that their "bus partner"didn't have any lost items to report and it was case closed for them. They refused to help me any further. Then I read reports on Reddit (many, many) where people had traced phones and computers directly to drivers (all contractors). Super shady company with a poor excuse for customer service. I will never use them again and I'm telling everyone about my experience so they don't fall victim too.
