After asking more than once about an afternoon delivery time it wasn’t until after we had paid the courier fee and the day the item was meant to be collected and delivered did he say he wouldn’t make it till the evening. As no one would be there to receive the delivery and had to cancel he promised a full refund but since then he has been ignoring my calls and a refund has NOT been made.

AWFUL customer service I would not recommend using this company

Thanks for your reply but that is simply not true at 10.43am you were still on an hours drive to pick up a van to make the collection that was nearly 3 hours away and then once loaded would then be another 3 hours away to deliver. As you said you wouldn’t be there till 6pm I said that the delivery was too late as I had been repeatedly asking for the items to be delivered in the afternoon when there would be someone at the house. The lady you would have be been delivering to is 7 months pregnant and there would be absolutely no way she could have helped lift the delivery.
When I asked for a refund as you had missed the delivery time, over the phone you said a refund would be made to us. But we are still waiting. You mentioned nothing about your cancellation policy on the phone call just promised it would be made. Perhaps you could have discussed this with me on one of the many times I have tried to contact you instead of ignoring me for over 2 weeks.

After being let down my a few companies , black book stepped in with the better quote than the rest and more than met my needs . Can’t recommend them enough and I’ll sure to be using them in the future.

Anthony did a long distance collection and delivery for me at a few hours notice. He kept me fully informed of his estimated arrival time, and couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. A brilliant experience!
