I had a disappointing experience with Black Box Store.

At the time I placed my order, their website clearly stated that international shipping within Europe costs €15 for orders under €200. My order total was €123, but I was charged €23.45 for shipping instead.

When I contacted the store, they acknowledged that the shipping information on their website was incorrect and later updated the wording in their store policy section. However, despite admitting the information was wrong, they refused to refund the €8.45 difference and said my only option was to cancel the entire order.

On top of this, the shipping process was frustrating. There were no updates on the shipment for about a week, and my emails were not answered. I only received a response after contacting them through the website chat.

The product itself arrived and was fine, but the way this situation was handled was very disappointing. There was no apology for the delay or the incorrect information on their website, only excuses.

Because of this experience, I would be cautious when relying on the pricing information shown on their website and the level of customer service you can expect.

I would like to acknowledge excellent customer service. Initially I received wrong pair of shoes, but customer service was very responsive, send me returns label very quickly, acknowledged received return and shipped the right pair. So all in all, I would buy from them again. Yes, mistakes can happen, but if they are corrected with the right attitude, it’s not a big deal at all. Thank you!

I was sceptical because of so many bad reviews. But nevertheless i ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers which are basically almost impossible to find. I bought the very last pair and i'm super stoked about how smoothly everything went. I got an order confirmation right after placing my order, got a shipping notification and just a few days later a notification that the package had arrived in Germany. The sneakers are in perfect condition, brand new, the box is in best condition, it was safely packed.
Five stars for my shopping experience with Black Box Store.

How is it possible that I e-mail 3 times for an return and there is no andere at all? Why?

Came back to give a good feedback.
After I read some bad reviews I was worried. I had to send back sandals because of wrong number, they were a little slow (or I was worried because of reviews), but everything went smooth.
Products are legit and I couldn't find a better price anywhere! Grazie!

I was somewhat hesitant following the mixed reviews here on Truspilot but my experience was very smooth. They delivered before I expected (within a week and a half) and I live in Belgium. I did not need to contact customer service so obviously I do not have an opinion about them.

Bought shoes that werent even available, if there not available dont put it in your site and dont let me purchase it
