I was a bit nervous about ordering an expensive set of rings from a store I couldn't visit personally, but I loved the design. So I checked to make sure they were legit and had nothing bad said about them on the web, and decided to go with Blackcarat.

I was putting my engagement plans on the line, hoping it would be exactly what I wanted, and that they could make a pair of rings custom in a shorter amount of time than their estimates give.

Sam and Andy at Blackcarat were nice to work with, responsive, and were reassuring to work with. In the end the rings were exactly what I was hoping, and they got done a little bit early.

From the initial enquiry to the delivery of our wedding rings, Sam at Blackcarat went out of her way to provide excellent customer service, the reason we chose this company is that their selection of wedding rings is something a bit different, obviously they have a traditional selection but also unusual ones too. After many unsuccessful shopping trips to jewellers, I was overjoyed to find a range of wedding rings that were exactly what we were after. Thanks again for your help ;)

Got my ring within a week I think of placing the order, it was exactly what I wanted and a good £200-250 cheaper than I would have paid in a high street jewellers who say the price diference is for the face to face consultation. But communication with sam from black carat was very easy and she sent me a ring sizer to make sure I got the right size etc before ordering. Really cant knock the service or especially the price. Thank you.
