Very helpful and efficient and the pc runs amazingly

Had my pc a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier came very quickly after ordering all up to date and no issues very happy with the service from this company had a lot of questions to ask about what specs I needed for specific games and they got back to me right away would definitely recommend

Recently purchased a gaming pc too soon for feedback although it works and looks great. Customer service is superb. Any questions were answered promptly. More people should use smaller uk companies than the big market street retailers. Merry Christmas

I ordered my pc from them and it came in excellent condition and it only took a few days to deliver.
My pc also came with an anti sag bracket and a pack of haribo i couldn't be happier

Excellent company the way they dealt with a problem. The box arrived open and then their was a problem with the motherboard which needed fixing. They apologised for these issues and swifly did everything they could to put it right.

I run a business myself, so I understand that it's not that problems don't happen. It's how you deal with issues when they do go wrong. Blackhawk gaming really made an effort to put things right asap and I would definitely recommend them on that basis.

My son is very happy with the PC, great job, brilliant spec and turned a bad situation into a positive one. One of the best companies I've ever dealt with when there's been a problem, larger less connected to the customer businesses take note!!!

hi the pc came very well packed the pc is clean no marks on it the pc loaded quick and simple the only thing is the pc has not got correct hardware to run windows 11 i just wonder how they load windows but for the price £64.99 a good deal

I bought a PC from them in June that's a lucky it was an entry level gaming PC unfortunately after a few days the graphics cards didn't work within one day picked it up replace the graphics cards it works absolutely fine fantastic team and within about four to five months I upgraded my PC yeah one day of then coming out taking it and dropping it off the same day I have had no trouble yeah they are bullying company they refurbish old parts they are brilliant I recommend them to anybody that once I've earn entry level a customised PC they will if you want give you new parts but for anybody will want once an entry level system they will do use if you want to that 100% brilliant I would recommend them to anybody because I live in the area where they're based to that's how can they came to my door and drop and picked it up I recommend them to anybody that wants a PC I know they do eBay and Facebook and they have now a website so anybody that is interested please look the Mark I recommend them to anybody thank you team for replacing upgrading your I wonderful team and I thank you and I have recommended them to my family now as well thank you

What can I say about these guys other than you will find it harder to find better customer service and knowledge than these.
They answer your querys super fast and go out of their way to help you .
Bought my son a pc for Christmas for an awesome price ,they didn't try to upsell or get me to have something that he didn't need.
He recently had a little problem with it and they arranged pickup the very next day and fixed it and returned it within 4 days .
Will definitely use these again .

Really amazing it was a last minute find for Christmas was so worried it wouldn't come in time, it arrived in 3 days just in the nick of time absolutely amazing staff was amazing really supportive the p.c is a gaming p.c I bought for my son for Christmas its brilliant and my son hasn't been off it since, can not thank them enough I was recommended BlackHawk gaming by my brother in law and I'd recommend them to anyone, honestly just amazing experience all round

Very happy with the service, Blackhawk gaming did a custom build for a set price, with the knowledge and experience that i lack they were happy to discuss all options and routes for a build over the phone.

Great comms, Great price and excellent delivery

Bought a gaming PC from this company back in May. It has been brilliant but unfortunately the graphics card stopped working recently. They paid for the return, promptly fixed and returned the PC to me. Service was outstanding, with complete and knowledgeable communications throughout. When it comes to their guarantee they are as good as their word. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
