Very bad customer service. Do not reply to emails. Bad reviews are not published on their website, only the good ones. The products are not worth their money. Never again.
As soon as they get a bad review on Trustpilot, a good review is posted... seems like the good reviews are fake. What a shame this is

It took a while for the package to arrive but it was stored at home in a cool, dry and shady place so you can't complain about storage conditions

I recently came to use a dry, sticky, heavy, thick formula like this, something strange
To the point that it's unpleasant on the lips
I contacted the brand and was ignored. They referred me to a recommendation to exfoliate and all that, and it's a well-known and familiar thing and still won't change the formula
Since my response I've been ignored
A brand that sends a defective product and ignores the customer will not see my money again and I won't recommend it either and it's a good thing I haven't reviewed it yet

I have no words. Today I found out that they blocked me from tagging them on Instagram, which is really shameful, and shows how lacking in service they are and refuse to take responsibility

Since they still have yet to Post my review I left months ago, I’ll just post it here. Hellraiser lipstick was dry and patchy. Never trust a site that only posts positive reviews. I thought that maybe I did something wrong the first time so I tried to post it again and nope. I had only great things to say about the brand up until this.

I received a malfunctioning lipstick that doesn't twist up, so I made a video and sent them a DM on Instagram. They did not reply. I also emailed them in October 2024 and I'm still waiting for a reply. They also ignore the comments on Instagram.
Will never buy again from them.

Black Moon is wonderful! Best lipsticks I've ever used.
Some blush they sent got messed up in the mail. I messaged them and they replied quickly and are sending a replacement packaged better. I live in Canada so it has a long trip getting here, hopefully this time it works out better :)

I've purchased many items from Black Moon including multiple liquid lipsticks. All of a sudden, a couple months after purchase, a lot of them started leaking this sticky, clear coconut oil looking substance. Right away after it starting happening, I reached out to them and they said there wasn't anything they could do because it was past their warranty. Then, once it happened to even more, I tried reaching out again with no luck. I understand that it's past their warranty but providing a small discount to a long time customer goes a long way. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing from them again which is such a shame because I really liked their product.

Black Moon is consistently awesome. Their lipsticks are like none other I've ever used. The website is aesthetically beautiful, easy to navigate and they're great with keeping people up to date with sales and new products. Shipping is super fast which is a plus. I've been ordering for years and will continue to do so. Please, please, please never discontinue your liquid to matte lipsticks!

I would've gave them a better rating, but I'm still waiting for an email from them. I got my package today, waited very long for it, for weeks, I ordered 3 items, when I unwrapped the tissue I only got 1 out of 3 of the items I paid for & I paid a lot extra for shipping internationally as well. Missing Items and it's my first order with this company.. not a good look.
Now I'm just wondering if I'll get them later on, get a resend of the products, or if I'll get a refund. If not, I will be complaining and getting my money back in other ways
