Ordered goods, never received.
Now they are not even answering their phone or replying to emails, run the other way...

Do not order from this company. Never received goods. Over a month of waiting
Not good enough!!!

bought some items for a decent price, never received said items even after a back and forth email converstation with a custom support rep who assured me it would be shipped within 7 days 3 different times over a 2 month period. Anyway i ordered a refund over 2 months ago and still havent received it. contacted the bank and they're on it. black swallow. more like swallow my shaft u dopey drop kicks

Ordered wine racks through them, didnt turn up after a month of waiting, email them and they said it was a system glitch, waited another week nothing, followed up they said it is still coming, then asked for refund, same explanations wait 2-5 days, nothing after 5 days, now chasing again.
Very Dodgy company, Highly doubt they actually sell anything.

Bought some items a month ago. They said they were on back order. Asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY THEY WILL NOT SEND U YOUR ITEM!!

Thank you Black Swallow for getting our order to us. We ordered a Tractor seat and it is exactly what we wanted.

I ordered a chair online and waited 3 weeks. After logging a complaint, I was simply informed that I can order a refund or wait for my delivery to be re-processed. Another week has passed and still no further response or action. I have been sitting on a uncomfortable chair waiting for Black Swallow to disappoint me long enough now.

Their advertisement is also misleading in claiming excess of 60% saving. My chair I ordered and waited for is now on sale as a End Of Year Financial Sale, and its only cheaper by 5%. This is very disappointing.

Needed an urgent address change because I forgot to include a unit number to my order. Order was already picked up by the couriers and in transit but I spoke to Mary from the black swallow customer service department who made a few phone calls to make sure the driver was able to delivery my mattress correctly to my address. I really appreciate it and I'll be sure to check my address in the future before checking out

Spoke to someone named Aleks who was very helpful he helped me pick the right greenhouse with cover, Also received a $10 discount because I mentioned that they were promoting $10 off for downloading their app. Delivery took 4 days and the greenhouse arrived with easy to follow instructions. Happy with my experience with this company

This company takes your money and then nothing happens. Thankfully I chose the Paypal option and Paypal is refunding my money. Their telephone answer machine says they are constantly closed no matter what time of the day you call.

Got my order within a couple of days, I’ll be ordering again soon. Got a free chocolate also.

Ordered product 13th April for $700.00, waited till the 24th April and contacted them again for a tracking number, told i would receive this in 2-5 days....nothing. 3rd of May contacted them again and cancelled order and told my money would be refunded in 3-7 business days. It is now the 20th of May and still no refund and no response to emails...feel like I have been scammed

Fraud, drama and fake information after purchase and payment they disclose that you will not get full order and then they are not responding to any of my email and didn't pay back my money more than $200 they are fraud and scam

2 months delay although stated in stock offered refund waited 4 weeks enter PayPal who refunded my payment never will use then again

Really bad customer service an shipping, I have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive my parcel, I have contacted them twice an my parcel still hasent been sent out, I would have bought through somone else if I knew this would happen

SCAMMERS!
Item ordered from Black Swallow nearly a month ago. I was told I would get a refund as item was not in stock, even though on website it said it was, no refund yet and cannot contact them via phone or email. Do not purchase from this company, something is not right!

SCAM!
Avoid at all cost. I have had similar negative experiences as all other reviews here.

I paid for a $130 product but nothing was shipped. I emailed their sales email and was told their website had a mistake and the product was out of stock. They offered a refund but I told them I would wait for the product. It took over a month for the product to be shipped.

The product was faulty!! Horrible experience.
