Total white glove treatment. It was a great experience and they made the move seem effortless. I highly recommend this company.

Jimmy and his crew were friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. Only negative was the cost; having to pay for the minimum 5000 pounds rather than the actual weight.

The guys showed up on time, ready to work. We got right to it, loaded the truck, moved it out and got it all dropped off without a scratch to a single item. I dont think we could possibly be any happier.

The communication was great leading up to the move. Then the guys that moved could not have been more careful and respectful of our personal belongings. I think they had to do a lot more work than they expected and they were polite and joyful the entire process. Would use them again but I don’t want move again, haha!

Black Tie was excellent in all areas. Communication and care could not have been better. Tyler and Kevin made my cross-country move a very seamless process for me. Would use again for any future moves!

Careful, thoughtful, diligent, kind, helpful

The crew of 3 men, led by Joseph and including Jason and Harry, were a great team, working together in good spirit under Joseph’s leadership. The only downer from 5 stars was because Mason, the move coordinator made a mistake in estimating the load, and was difficult to reach during the move to resolve issues. Reading the Black Tie rhetoric, I thought the coordinator was supposed to be in close coordination throughout the move. That did not happen on my move.

We had no AC and it was hot! The guys were pleasant and weren’t affected by the heat at all. Finished up early!

Every part of this experience was top notch.

I 100% recommend black tie moving for all of your moving needs! They worked quickly to get out things moved out of our old house and into our new one. They asked questions throughout to make sure everything was done to our liking and made sure everything was in the right room. Thank you black tie for making this stressful move WAY less stressful.

This was our 2nd time hiring Black Tie for our move and they were absolutely fantastic, once again! We didn’t realize how much stuff we had, but they squeezed almost every bit of our furniture in their truck. All 3 guys were very helpful and we were so grateful to have them for this move. This recent experience reminded us why we didn’t even think of considering anyone else.

Since the first move with them, we have recommended them to several of our friends. We will definitely continue to recommend them for the foreseeable future!

The movers arrived on time and were very thorough and efficient. They were super helpful and nice!

Some of my furniture took a bit of a beating. I bought my bedframes new and assembled them personally so I know they were not dinged like they were post move. I didn't like that my bed mattresses were slid onto the dirty floor of the truck with no covering at all.

They are great, professional, quick, responsive, and also fun group to work with.

The movers showed up on time and were very professional and organized.
We would gladly recommend them to anyone making a move.
