Honestly it was the representative I had the pleasure of dealing with that made it a flawless experience. Chad P. Was a legitimate GigaChad and made the process smooth ,enjoyable, and immidiately productive . I was actually nervous about having to deal with customer service at first but within minutes all my reservations were eased away and I felt immidiately confident that I would recieve satisfaction at the end of the process, and I did. I like everything about them except the shipping. It is VERY SLOW. It took 3 days just to get it shipped out from their location. They use USPS which is THE WORST. I am in Detroit and my package has been sitting in Indianapolis for 4 DAYS without moving. It was been 10 DAYS and I'm still waiting. You can do better Blade HQ. Just put some effort into it.

I received an email stating that my order couldn't be delivered. I called the number provided and and the woman I spoke with took care of my problem. Excellent customer service

I had bought a knife I wasn’t too fond of and decided to return it shortly after it was delivered. I had absolutely zero issues getting a return label and the return was processed immediately after BladeHQ received the phone.

Placed the order last Sunday. Website says it was in stock. They crested a shipping label Monday. As of this Saturday it has never been picked up. I have sent three emails on each days since Wednesday and zero replies. I see no way to contact by phone. And to top it off it says it’s shipping from Virginia and I am in Idaho. What about their Utah location. All it takes is a bit of communication. I won’t be buying again assuming I ever get my products
To be fair fedex on Monday shows it left Memphis Sunday and arrived today. Had they simply replied to any email and just sod its weather related give us a few days none of this would have been necessary.

Been a customer on blade hq for a couple years now. Huge selection of just about every imaginable type of knife and price range. Website is intuitive with plenty of filtering options to find whatever you're looking for quickly, as well as a pretty thorough blade steel guide that's informative and useful for comparing the relative attributes of knives with different steels.
They ship quickly, what you see is what you get, and since I just completed my first return I can also say their return policy is fair and the process was straight forward. In fact, their customer service has always been helpful and responsive (looking at you, cloey e.)

Placed an order 5 days ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Didn’t receive tracking until three days after the order is placed, and the package still has not actually been shipped, only a label created. No response from customer service email, and their phone support is down due to “staffing issues” so I have yet to actually get in touch with anyone from this company.

I guess a few years ago I bought a beautiful knife from Blade HQ it was a spring assist I carried it with me everywhere I recently thought I lost it I woke up the next day in a panic so I immediately ordered another knife even though right now in my life I cannot afford to spend any money I had to have that blade replaced right after I ordered it I found it outside in the snow when I was shoveling. Blade HQ was very nice and immediately refunded my purchase money what a fantastic thing! I thank you very much! I love my knife and since in New York it is impossible to get a firearm or even pepper spray, this knife is my only means of security thank you so much!

I ordered and paid for an item, received confirmation, and then heard nothing for over two weeks. The item never arrived, and the company never contacted me. I had to call them myself to find out what was going on, only to be told there was an issue with the payment—something I was never notified about. Very poor communication and unacceptable service.
