Chad’s reply email was awesome

Chad’s reply email was awesome. I know that’s a big word to use to describe a few paragraphs in an email but it really was dope as all get out. It was nice that he related to me about the rules, and used an emoji which for some reason made me feel respected. The answer to my question was answers in a single line that perfectly clarified my inquiry. I hate it when people answer my questions with a long winded reply that leaves me even more confused. It also felt nice that Chad acknowledged how Blade HQ’s pirate giveaway brightened my week, it just felt super friendly!

They stand behind what they sell.

I received a knife that didn't work for me. I reached out to BladeHQ and they immediately accepted my return request. I sent it back and it was processed the same day it was received and I was refunded. I have already ordered another knife from them and it won't be the last one, either.

I keep coming back

Their prices and selection are definitely a reason I keep coming back. On a recent order, FedEx was terrible at providing updates and I thought the package was going to be lost. The only way to deal with a "lost" order is over the phone, but I've upgraded my rating because BladeHQ replied here immediately and the item did arrive eventually. I've placed a couple of additional orders and haven't had any issues.
