Incredible Customer Service

I ordered a knife last week, it shipped out, tracking said it was delivered, but when I checked the mailbox, it was empty. I emailed Blade HQ’s support staff on Saturday, and by Monday morning at 10 am they had gotten in contact with me and shipped a new knife. Fastest response I’ve ever received

Ahead of time almost everytime!

Every time I order from you, the order shows up either on time or ahead of time. Quite frankly it usually shows up ahead of time. You're site is clear and concise. Your prices are competitive and the one time I contacted your customer service, bang you sent a reply right away. I've never had a bad experience with Blade HQ, only great service!!!! And of course I love the product too!
