The products themselves are great

The products themselves are great. The phone case is brilliant, the camera protector is excellent, and the screen protector looks high quality.

However, be cautious when ordering through this company. I was genuinely excited about the protection and unique designs they offer compared to others like Mous. But I was sent the wrong screen protector—not a huge issue, just frustrating.

The real problem is that they require you to deal with an AI customer service system to fix an issue they caused. Naturally, the problem wasn’t resolved, nor do I feel like it will be solved. It all feels like a tactic to push customers toward paying extra for shipping protection or similar add-ons, again fair play from a business perspective. But it’s clearly not got customer satisfaction as a priority. Therefore I will not be using this company again.

Ordered a phone case which I love and two diamond rings to go over my camera lens. As I put them on, one of the diamonds fell out. Now it just looks silly

Don’t bother buy from Amazon

Over rated and expensive for what it is, phone case is no better than one you could buy from Amazon for £10! Packaging minimal and tbh rubbish. Just seems low quality.

Very disappointed

Ordered a case and screen protector for iPhone 17 on October 20 — still no update, no tracking, nothing.

Beautiful cases

Beautiful cases. A little more than I wanted to pay but buy 2 get 2 free works out a great deal when split with another person. Got the MagSafe cases and they work perfect and feel really secure. Ordered on a Friday evening and delivered the following Saturday morning (so just under 8 days in total) which I think is very reasonable. Will use again in the future.

Unreliable seller

I placed my order on 12 October and according to the website it should’ve shipped within 24 hours. On 16/10 I emailed to chase and I was reassured it was already passed to shipping courier. Today 18/10 the Royal Mail tracking still shows only that the label was created on 17 October, meaning the parcel was never even handed over.

This was a birthday present as I explained in my email. The communication was misleading and the promised dispatch time was not honoured. I won’t bother ordering again.

Decent phonecase. A bit overprices imo considering what it is, but that's the general market right now.

Late shipping and no communication!

There was no mention that my order would be delayed when I bought it. I ordered nearly two weeks ago and I haven’t even received an update on why my order is delayed. I have emailed twice and no response.

I wouldn’t mind the delay if I was at least notified but now I’m concerned that I will not get my order at all!!

UPDATE:

Despite Blanc Space’s reply to my review, I have still not received any communication from them regarding my order, nor has the order arrived !

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Delays

I placed an order with Blanc Space for a phone case and screen protector, based on their stated timeframe of 1–2 working days for production and a further 4 working days for delivery. I expected the order to be dispatched within two working days, but after hearing nothing, I contacted them via email. I was told it would be sent either that day or the next, and that I’d receive tracking information once it had been dispatched.

Two days later, still no update or tracking details. I followed up again and was told they were experiencing delays due to the release of the new iPhone 17, but that my order would be sent 'soon'. As I urgently needed the case, I escalated the matter, which was ignored.

Unfortunately, since then, they’ve stopped responding to my emails entirely. I’ve requested the cancellation of my order twice, but have had no response, and I’ve yet to receive any tracking information. At this point, I suspect they’ll send the order whenever it suits them — if at all — without acknowledging my messages.

A very frustrating experience, and sadly not one I’d recommend.

Mystery bundle images deceiving.

Had a case previously. Good build but pattern did come off fairly fast. However my second order is the issue. I ordered the mystery bundle case. Great price if you get decent cases. The images shown for this product show very lovely cases ( The image should be changed if that’s not the case). The cases I received are horrible designs that I would never use. Yes I understand that it’s a mystery bundle and that’s the whole point, however it would’ve been nice to receive even one with a nice design. All three I received were of similar design, brightly coloured odd cartoony designs. No variety and nothing like any of the cases shown in the image. Really disappointed as it was a birthday gift but won’t be used.

Please don’t show lovely cases in the pictures for this mystery bundle if their is no variety and no chance of receiving one of these if the bundle just contains terrible designs.

Awful customer service - well, none!

Preordered iPhone 17 pro max case on the 12th, supposed to come 19th. It is now the 23rd and still no sign of it. No way to cancel your order either.

Be careful! They will then ignore you and you will just need to do a chargeback

Placed an order on 13 Sep 25. It is now 19 Sep 25, and my order is still 'pending'. Cant cancel it, as apparently you only have that option within 6 hours. Sent a 'contact us' ticket on 17 Sep 25. No response. 0/10 will not be using again.

Unfortunately, one item was out of stock, so the discount was removed from the entire order and I ended up receiving only one item at the regular price.
