Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service and shipping, avoid shopping with this company at all costs. I paid for express shipping which they completely disregarded, took FOUR DAYS to even put a shipping label on it and get it to the delivery service, and then now my package is somehow unable to arrive to me: they don’t give any help, any clear explanations and have slowly stopped responding. Never in my life have i experienced such terrible service from a company.

Wonderful customer service

The whole process was very quick and helpful when I had an issue. The customer service agent I had was very friendly and responsive and I had my issue resolved in a very pleasant and professional manner. Definitely has been one of the best customer services experiences I’ve had when it comes to fixing an issue. I definitely will be a returning customer!

Poor quality and chaotic return process

Unfortunately, the products I received were of noticeably low quality. Even more frustrating was the return process – you have to send the items back to the Netherlands at your own cost, which is very inconvenient.

After several unclear and non-standard messages with customer support, we ended up agreeing on a 50% refund if I kept the items – which I didn’t even want in the first place.

Overall, not a good experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
