Great customer services
Great customer services. I had an issue with the glasses getting to me (no fault of the company) and they did all they could to get the glasses to me. Really lovely communication with them. The glasses came and I'm obsessed - good quality and unique designs - will definitely be back

Glasses felt cheap and fitted…
Glasses felt cheap and fitted absolutely horribly, I’ve had better sunglasses for a quarter of their price. Their return system is absolutely dreadful, shipping times take ages. Customer service takes ages to respond and they try as hard as possible to make returns as inconvenient and annoying as possible. Avoid this company at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. They try and offer you a 50% refund and you get to keep the glasses, but they’re so bad and cheap that I’d rather loose money trying to get rid of them instead. What a lousy excuse for a business.

I love their products and when I'm…
I love their products and when I'm completed I always tell them where to find it. So they can also look good and feel good. The Sunglasses are Very stylish and elegant they just go with any and every occasion in any Terrain. I've recently bought some as a gift to my wife's uncle and sent it by post but got the address wrong and although it was my fault they were super helpful and in the end the items were received and happy days but I was really impressed with how responsive the Team @BLANK.SUNGLASSES are. I felt bad not responding in time at times because of work etc. so kudos to Luca and Roanne as an honorable mention and the rest of the team great Company!

VR. Sunglasses
I’ve bought the VR sunglasses and it looked just as it is in the website. The hinge was not functioning properly when I’ve first received it, however, they have excellent customer service and I got a replacement with good quality immediately! I’ve got some cool photos with it and I’m very happy with what I’ve got.

Absolutely a scam company
Absolutely a scam company. I purchased a pair of sunglasses. It took them a while to ship them. When thy arrived they were not what I expected and requested a return. They tart fobbing you off and telling you not to return them and offer you partial store credits and refund.
If you do not want this but a full refund, then eventually you get a link telling you what to do and you have to pay for the shipping costs. I duly did that and shipped then back (by this time a few weeks had gone past to get to this stage from the purchase date) It cost me £10 to ship them back thu Royal Mail and now it says that I need to pay for the custom clearance charge of £18. What a joke, none of this is stated in their website not in the return instruction other that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. So it seems that they are sly and scamming in not telling you this when you purchase the sunglasses and it they are not right then you basically lose your money it appreas that I think I seem t have done in this case.
Avoid the company at all costs, absolutely a scam of a company. I will see it they refund any money on my sunglasses. So beware if you have to return anything back you have to pay not only shipping cost but it seems custom duty too. I would avoid this scam of a company for any purchases as I have discovered to my cost when I have lost my money and not a small amount either.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong color for the sunglasses i wanted. I emailed customer service about my issue and they got back to me right away, and was able to solve the issue.
