It took approx. 2 months to receive an order. I reached out via insta chat, email and tried calling all of which was unsuccessful, only after I filed a dispute claim with my bank was when I received my shirts. Never again.

The item purchased was high quality and was exactly what I wanted. So that is why they have received 3 stars. However, the customer service is severely lacking. Originally my package was being sent to an incorrect address so I attempted to contact customer service to fix the error. I received an email asking for the order number, which I then provided, and never heard back. After receiving my package (as it defaulted to being delivered to the billing address provided) I then received a 2nd package containing the same item I had already received. The 2nd package arrived to the correct shipping address. I have tried to contact customer support to return the 2nd and unused item, however I have not heard back after 2 attempts.

Terrible.
Ordered twice, both orders arrived wrong. Told me I had to send the items back before I got a refund and then was told I’d have to re order to get my items I actually ordered (paying shipping AGAIN). Customer service rep kept interrupting me- never been more annoyed by a company in my life. don’t order. Not worth it.

I have been trying for weeks to return part of my order. No one will respond to my emails and when I got someone on the phone I was told I would get a return label via email and instead got an email saying they were sorry my order will arrive soon. So much for free returns!
