I did not receive my CLOTHING on time. I was sent a questionnaire on how I liked my new items but I didn't receive them yet. I was soooooooo very upset because I wanted my stuff. Plus they were talking me about stuff they didn't even fulfill at the warehouse yet. I chatted with a very nice lady (auto-responses I'm sure, even so, she found it ) she fixed my problem and the next day she had my CLOTHING on my doorstep.
