Do not buy from here bought a shift dress in June . It’s not arrived and no refund . This Julie has been emailing offering apologies and the refund will be processed. All lies !i don’t want to give 1 star I want to say scam’!

Do not buy. Bought two leather bags on a deal for £50. They ARE NOT leather. Unfortunately before they arrived I bought a two piece trouser and blazer suit for £35. This has arrived and is NOT what is advertised. It’s worse than shien in its material. Total scam this site and do not reply to emails for return address. Having to go through my bank for compensation. If I could have done a minus star it would have been too much. Disgusted.

1 star as I can’t give it a 0.. DO NOT BUY ITS A Scam site, I ordered over £100s worth of alleged UK goods ranging from leather bag (its plastic) to chunky knit jumpers and cardigans. You wouldn’t believe the poor quality of these. Instead of knitted they are actually a printed knit pattern on acrylic fabric. There is no way they will reimburse you either.

I wish I would have looked on here before purchasing a leather bag from them …the sale offer sounded a bit too good to be true and I should have gone with my gut feeling. It arrived after 17 days and turns out to be not leather and the design not even close to the pictures on the website. Sale items seem excluded form refund, I’m trying it anyway. Please don’t order anything from them! After looking at other reviews here this seems not an exemption but ordinary practice form the company.

This company is based in China. It is not a UK family run business, does not make genuine leather goods or quality clothing. I received a cheap plastic handbag, not a handcrafted leather one and a cheap, nasty unlined nylon jacket instead of wool. Complete scam artists. Even the tracking on parcels is fake. Fraud... that's what this is.

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star, if I could give minus I would. So annoyed with myself for not checking reviews first. Ordered what looked like a lovely knitted cardigan, was speechless when I opened the parcel, cheap and nasty.
The shoes weren't much better, cheap plastic.
How exactly do scam companies like this get away with false advertising like this. Moral of the story, never order anything from a Facebook or Instagram post without researching thoroughly first.

Absolute bunch of charletans! Based in China, not UK as website indicates, leather bags are PLASTIC bags worth no more than a fiver at best. Like other reviewers I am only now seeing, THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. I see they now say they say they are closing down and my attempts at contat have proved futile so I can wave goodbye to my £35. Note to self - ALWAYS READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS FIRST! They'll probably come back under a different name, so do your research first before you believe the pictures and grab what APPEARS to be a baragain, but is anything but.

Absolutely awful quality for the price. So disappointed as the bag is nothing like advertised, doesn't smell of leather and just looks cheap and nasty. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering 🙄 stay well clear of this company.

Neither looks or feels like real leather (as advertised) also it smells bad - despite ordering through UK address returns need to go to China - seems a cute way to prevent customers doing so - avoid at all costs and invest in a supermarket branded reusable bag

Nothing like the leather advertised. Advised to send back to China and pay postage or take 10% and keep it. Not forgetting was a faulty bag!!!!Dont order from them !!!!!

If I could give zero I would, scam company took nearly 4 weeks to deliver I ordered 2 genuine leather bags, supposedly from UK when they did arrive they were cheap plastic looking nothing like the bags I ordered luckily I paid via PayPal so hopefully will get refund I took screen shots of advert with pics and description . The most awful deception I’ve ever encountered how can they get away with it? I’ve reported them to PayPal, Trading standards and Facebook (where ad was)

Total scam site, item, leather tote bag completely different from photos. Misleading advertising and very long postage waiting time which if lucky is delivered within the time frame you can return the item at your own cost. Should be taken down as they are still adding items to the site even though they claim they are closing their workshop down which is obviously a factory and not a family owned business as the advert states. Advice, stay well clear of this scam, wish I had! Reported to PayPal, hopefully get a refund or at least save someone else from making the same mistake as I have 😔

Complete scam, bad pvc copy, didn’t even resemble the photos. Instagram should really do more vetting to whom they let advertise on their platform.

Total scamners,,please please avoud. They need to be taken off Facebook If I could post a minus star then i would. Service and communication is poor, plus quality of goods are cheap and not leather not worth the cost paid, arrivedin a cheap bubble wrapped bag. If you can avoid ordering then please do. Refund requested not happened.

Not worth even a 1 star. Total scam. Fortunately I ordered one of the lower priced bags believing it was from the UK. A horrible smelly (fishy smell) plastic vile bag arrived. Reported to Facebook, Instagram hopefully they will take these scammers site down. I am too ashamed to take it to the charity shop it went straight in the bin. Don’t fall for it they are a load of unscrupulous scammers.

Very dissapointed order what I thought was a hand made soft brown leather bag with a suede linning made by an uk couple who are retiring, sadly got a very cheap plastic bag from china that has no resembelence to soft leather at all. although I have tried to contact the company as yet I have had no reply, and to be honest, I wont hold my breath . This is a scam and I have already seen it advertised again but using a man closing his hand made business. PLease be careful with this company as it is a complete scam and ver misleading.Wish I had read the reviews prior to buying.

What a joke of a company ! Facebook need to shut them down from advertising their crap quality items.
They mislead that it’s a closing down sale from a shop In the UK. They are nothing but thieves … surely trading standards can do something ???

How I wish I could submit this review with 0 stars...it hurts me to have to click 1 star as this company doesn't deserve even that. I found their website advertising the most beautiful, soft, supple, leather bags, and I was pleased to find that they were having a sale. They advertised themselves as a UK couple, a man and wife, who had started their business, but due to their daughter having a baby, they realised they wanted to spend more time with their family, and as such, were closing down: different stories have come to light about why they are closing down, this was the one I read. The background photo even showed the man in his lovely workshop with his beautiful bags! 2 weeks after I ordered a gorgeous leather tote bag, it still hadn't arrived so I emailed the company. Soon after, I received a very heartfelt reply from 'Julie' saying how sorry she was that my bag hadn't arrived, she promptly offered me a 20% discount on anything else 'while I was waiting for the bag to arrive' - thank goodness I didn't order anything else. When my bag finally arrived - from China, not the UK, I took it out of the bag, looked at it, put it back in the bag, and contacted them for a full refund all in under 10 minutes. The bag I received was not the soft, supple leather I was expecting, but a stiff, plastic smelling, awful, cheap, American tan tights colour tote bag. It had a massive crease through the middle where they had to fold it to stuff it into the packaging, and I could smell the plastic as soon as I took it out to have a look. I immediately emailed Blendapparel for a full refund. When they sent me a reply, I could hardly believe what I was reading! The said that returning goods to China can incur some very high shipping and customs fees that I would have to pay, and there may be unforseen delays and issues meaning that they may not even receive the bag at all which would leave me out of pocket!! They then suggested 3 alternatives to a refund....... the first one was that I try to 'sell the bag locally to recoup some of my money' , the second option was they would let me keep the bag and give me 10% refund, or, and finally, and this is the best one....I could try 'donating it to a charity of your choice. This way, you can recoup some of the costs or contribute to a good cause, without the need to navigate the complexities of international
returns.'
It's actually laughable, and I haven't heard anything from them since, despite sending several emails. I have actually contacted the Trading Standards through the Citizens Advice Bureau, as I just can't let this go.
