Just received my bit of plastic ...so annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews first. If it looks too good to be true.. .....lesson to oneself!!!

They can stop trading and stop conning people out of hard earned money.

This company are scammers. I bought what was described as a genuine leather tote bag only to receive a piece of plastic crap from China. They offer returns but that wouldn’t be cost effective as you have to pay the shipping costs back to China!! Accept a 10% refund and keep it. What a joke I can’t believe I fell for this scam!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is NOT a UK firm as their misleading advertising suggests. And the bags are NOT leather, as advertised. When I tried to get a refund, I basically acquired a pen pal in 'Julie ' from their customer service department. I was offered a 10% refund or the helpful suggestion that I try to resell the cheapo PVC monstrosity to recoup some of my £35 loss. Or the veiled threat that I could send it back at my own expense, but it was likely to go AWOL in the Chinese customs system.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I immediately opened a dispute with PayPal and received a refund within the hour.
Don’t even think about ordering from this Chinese scamming company.

Completely fooled by the absolute fake pictures of what I thought was a bargain - a coat discounted by £100. What I got was the cheapest looking rag I’ve ever seen. More fool me for thinking I had a bargain. No returns information either. Total rip off - avoid at all costs.

I can only echo what others have said, this is such a terrible scam. The bag I eventually received (after emailing to chase it) is no better quality than a plastic bag from a supermarket! I feel so annoyed at myself for not checking the reviews first. Facebook should be more vigilant in checking this kind of thing, it's a disgrace. I cannot afford to chuck away £40 but I needed a quality bag for work that will last and this seemed perfect - except it's anything but.

one star is one too many! my mum sent me the link via facebook and i fell inlove with the tote bag, i was chuffed i only paid 26 quid for what i thought was a real genuine leather bag!!! its taken ages to arrive was told 6-12 days and i received it today after ordering 14 days ago. i was initially suspicious as i didn’t receive a confirmation email but i was put at ease when i emailed and got a reply back with a tracking number, the tracking number never worked and it was only 3 days later i got curious and found reveiws of people saying it was a scam! please no one buy from here i cant imagine how much money people have actually lost falling into this trap!

I am adding to my previous review.
I did not accept the offers of partial renumeration from the seller and referred to PayPal.
I sent screenshot to PP of all the mis selling advertising on FB.
PayPall have decided in my favour and will be refunding me.
My advice to anyone caught up in this scam is not to give up - their whole business model is designed to make money through shoddy goods .

I would not give even one star if that was an option! I too got caight out by the "leather" bag that is shockingly cheap and nasty looking plastic. Wish I had come there first!! They want me to return it (which is notoriously expensive.)

Feel cheap, smell horrible. No additional pockets as shown on the photos. Don’t buy it’s a scam! I wish I looked a t reviews before buying.

I only wish that I'd checked Trust Pilot before I ordered the 'Elysia - Classic Leather Tote'. A pile of plastic pleather is what it was. I wrote to the company asking for a refund as what I was sold was not what was advertised. I received a longwinded reply about the costs, which I would be required to bear to gain a refund, costs associated with posting the merchandise back to China (customs fees, handling charges, etc). In the end I was offered a 15% refund to keep the bag (or donate it - their words, not mine).

An utter disgrace. Bought a 'leather' tote bag and it is made of plastic and stinks of chemicals. To be honest the only thing this bag is fit for is the bin. How can they possibly sell goods so wrongly and continue trading.

I wish I could give a 0 star for this company as its a disgrace. For nearly 2 months I have waited for my parcel, it has still not been delivered. The excuses are what I would expect from a 5 year old. They stupidly sent proof of delivery photo of a parcel delivered 100'S of miles away from where I live. ( it had an address on it).
I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company, they are basically scammers.
Update, after continuously being ignored I have initiated a charge back. My bank have refunded me immediately. Blend apparel straight away contacted me, not through the generic Julie, apologised and requested I stop the charge back, yea I look just as stupid. Shop who I went through for payment will not help, so try your bank.

Horrendous, order just arrived and basically the same as everyone else. Lies over closing down, the crapiest product. I have emailed them, sure ill get a reply avoiding the issue.

Even 1 star is too much - this company is a total scam, they appear as an established UK brand, however the goods come from China and they are rubbish! I ordered a leather tote and received a plastic tote, its dreadful quality... Im trying to return it for a refund and also reporting them to Shopify as I paid through them.

Customer service is a joke- sends you round in AI circles. They lie and cheat about the crap gods they send and dmeand that you pay to return them. Also drop shipping as small parcels from China and avoiding taxes. As bad as it gets.

I ordered 2 leather bags, reduced in price because theyre apparently closing down. The bags took over 3 weeks to arrive. My gosh the quality is terrible. They are not leather as adverised but vinyl/plasticy and material, smell of chemicals, shoddy terrible. On contacting received an apology. No admittance to the lies on quality and what they are made from. Will cost me to send back and how do i know they will admit the return given they are not a truthful company. Not surprised theyre going out of business. So so disappointing.

Absolutely SCAM , £35 for a cheap plastic smelly bag, I complained but they said it would cost me more to send it back n offered me a 10% reduction
