Dreadful

Parcel was left on front porch but could not be found upon returning home - likely to have been stolen since it was in full view of a main road. Contacted BLICKERS to report this and they have responded that it isn’t their responsibility anymore one the parcel had been ‘delivered’. They have since stopped responded to my emails. Would highly suggest avoiding Blickers

As explained by our team, we have opened an investigation with the carrier. However, if the carrier confirms (based on geolocation data and delivery photo) that the parcel was delivered to the correct address and left in a secure location within your private property, the delivery is considered completed according to standard logistics procedures.

In such cases, once a secure delivery has been confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to take further action. If the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, this falls outside of the carrier’s and our responsibility.

Never again

I ordered a pair of glasses from Blickers and unfortunately received them with visible scratches on the frame.
I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos. They confirmed the issue, but only offered a replacement, which was not possible for me as I am currently traveling and unable to return the item.
Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails but have not received any response for over a week.
I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the handling of this case. I hope the company will take responsibility and offer a fair solution.
I have also contacted the European Consumer Centre regarding this issue.

Update:
I have already contacted your customer service multiple times and provided full order details, photos, and all necessary information. The defect was clearly acknowledged by your team.
Despite this, I did not receive any response to my follow-up emails for over two weeks, which contradicts your statement that all emails are answered.
As already explained, I am currently traveling and unable to return the item, which makes your insistence on a return impractical. For this reason, I requested a reasonable partial refund, which has not been addressed.
Due to the lack of communication and resolution, I have escalated this case to the European Consumer Centre and opened a dispute via PayPal.
I would strongly encourage you to review the existing communication and provide a fair solution without further delay.

Dishonestly say they've sent you your…

Dishonestly say they've sent you your order but refuse to provide evidence of it, a photo or anything. You then have time battle to try and get a refund.

Blickers is trustable and reliable !!! Very good brand sunglasses.
The only thing that's negative is the package service from UPS , they are not reliable with delivery dates and end up in package point.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, ordered a set of frames only 3 weeks ago on next day delivery and I am still waiting, you can’t contact them by phone, they take a week to reply to emails and they send tracking details but don’t actually ship, don’t waste your money

I really love to buy glasses from…

I really love to buy glasses from Blickers. The price is so good and lots and lots of choices. And they seem to be genuine. I bought my Prada glasses 2 years ago and they were perfect! And now I came back for more and they don't disappoint!

Levering og kundeservice er upålideligt

I have three experiences with buying sunglasses from Blickers. All three times they have extracted money from my bank account long before the order is shipped.

First experience: ordering rayban sunglasses in color 1359/2. They are not able to deliver the order before the estimated delivery date. I’m in contact with customer support - it is slow and takes days before they get back to you. In the end, after I have asked them to cancel the order a multiple times, I get my money back.

Second experience: I place an order, same sunglasses but another color. I receive them the last day of estimated delivery. So that was good!

Third experience: The color 1359/2 seems to be back in Stock on the HomePage. I place an order april 6. Estimated delivery april 16 - 22.
April 16 I get an e-mail from blickers support team, the same girl I was in contact with, during the first experience. The sunglasses i wanted when I placed my first order is now back in Stock. I can get 5% off and fast delivery if I order them now!!
I write them back that it is nice, but I have already made that exact order and are hoping to receive my order soon.
Later that same day (april 16) I get another e-mail, that I will not receive the order within the estimated delivery. On their HomePage it says “ready to ship within 24 hours”.

Throughout this time I am writing to customer support, not really getting any usefull answers or information.

It is a weird and unreliable way to run a business, and my experiences are both good and bad.

Thieves, do not trust this company

I ordered a pair of sunglasses which I didn’t feel like suited me so I paid for a return. They tried to say that this hadn’t been received but once I provided proof I had been ignored ever since. Tracking shows this was delivered and signed for in December but I’m yet to receive my refund. I’ve sent constant email chasers but have been ignored. Now I’ve lost my money and the item I paid for as well as spending further to process a return. 5 months to process a refund is disgusting - update the response to this review asks me to check my spam email as if I’m silly. Instead of acknowledging that I’ve already done all the below and have still been ignored

worst website that i have ever bought…

worst website that i have ever bought something. Bought a pair of sunglasses that I had to return due to wrong item ordered and after almost 4 weeks I still did not receive my refund and worst customer service ever, Manage to discuss after weeks with one of their customer service operator in which I have provide all details of the return and photos and name of the person from their ware house who received the parcel and still nothing from them. Takes them a week to answer to an email and still nothing happened. Its been a month since my parcel been arrived at their facility and no idea if I will ever receive a refund or something, Highly advised everybody to avoid ordering from Blickers.

Scam

If you use the word Consumenten bond in your email or something around that they will immediately refund by a bot.

Scam, waiting more than 2 weeks and when I want to cancel there is 135 euro fee included for things they didn't deliver yet and they say they cant refund.

They are lying the cancellation wasn't rejected at any point as a response, but I don't think anyone would accept a cancellations that costs 135 euro.

I am not located in my location soon anymore and will leave the country, this is my order number BLK-2026-797878

I want this order cancelled and refunded in its entirety.

Send 10 emails 0 response I dont care about your fake response time.

I would have rather paid double.

ADDITION

They responded on my email and said cancelling is not possible, and said it will take 2 more weeks. Also didn't want to refund my express shipping even though this totals more than a month. Never seen a scam like this.

No contact, no response, no product received. And dont even try to respond to this review with 'not enough information to find order'. Do you really expect us to put the order number out here?! Don't trust them! They're scammers.

I wrote a previous review. They still haven't shipped my order and haven't refunded my money. Their responses are generated by AI; they most likely don't have real employees. Furthermore, Blinkers customer support stopped responding to my emails as soon as I started demanding a refund.
