Refund

I would like to return the glasses I purchased; however, I am unable to process the return through the website due to an issue with the local currency.
I have already sent an email to Customer Care and also used the chat function, but I have not received any response to my email so far. The chat redirected me back to Customer Care, and unfortunately there is no phone number available to contact someone directly.
As the return window is getting shorter each day, I am concerned about losing my right to return the item due to a technical issue that is outside of my control. I would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible.

Don't expect your items to arrive on time if at all - still waiting for mine......

I ordered my prescription glasses on the 06/02/2026 and it is now 07/04/2026 and still no glasses. That is over 8.5 weeks. Why sell items on your website if they are not even in stock???!!!! I will never use you again.

unresponsive company

The site shows cheap prices and quick delivery times but when I ordered the delivery time changed. I have been trying to get hold of blickers and have even emailed them and they don't respond.

I am worried my package might not deliver.

Total scam company

Total scam company - failed delivery, incorrect photo of a delivery as evidence, poor contact, no resolution apart form no goods, no refund! Told had to fill a form with 14 days of reported loss, but I was on holiday so couldn’t…so awful service

In response to your below message….

You informed me of the 14 days for the form AFTER THE 14 days anyway!!! Because it takes 4/5 days to respond to any message…so even thought I am away and cannot complete this, it was over the 14 days…how very convenient

As a side note, the facts

-The parcel was not delivered - the image of a complete delivery was not my parcel
-I reported the issue within hours of the issue to Evri and you…..
-your CS service is very very very slow and poor….hence the 14 days was impossible
-I am a global logistics director for a high end fashion retailer and send over 700,000 deliveries with Evri..i know what a service should be and this isn’t it

We would like to clarify that we are a well-established and trusted company, and situations like this are taken very seriously on our side. Whenever a delivery issue is reported, we always work closely with the carrier to investigate and resolve the case.

However, please note that all carriers require claims for lost or undelivered parcels to be submitted within a limited timeframe, in this case, 14 days. This is a standard procedure across the logistics industry. After this period, shipments are considered correctly delivered if no issue has been reported, as delivery problems are normally communicated immediately.

We understand that being away may have made this more difficult, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, once this timeframe has passed, we are no longer able to open a claim with the carrier.

Beware added extras

Easy to order.

Adequate pictures of items.
Should be here with 1 week and easy return .
Confirmation email came through and they had charge me £134.43.
Somewhere they have added another £18 odd pounds even though it said Total £116.16.
Am awaiting an explanation.

We would like to clarify that no additional amount has been charged. As explained by our Customer Care team via email, there was a technical issue in the confirmation email where the amount in euros was incorrectly displayed as pounds.

As we are a Spanish company operating in euros, our system converts the payment to euros, and the email mistakenly showed the euro conversion labeled as pounds.

If you check your payment, you will see that only the correct amount of £116.16 has been charged.

We apologise for any confusion caused and appreciate your understanding.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered glasses on March 1st, shipped on March 13th and never received.

Since March 23rd I have been trying to get in touch: emails are ignored, the chatbot is useless and there is no phone number available. I followed up again last Friday, still no response.

My package has gone missing and customer service is completely unreachable. This is unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and a proper solution.
