poor customer service and no refund.

I returned my order (BLK-2026-776813) more than 4 weeks ago. According to their own policy, refunds should be processed within 14 days, but this deadline has clearly been exceeded.

I contacted support multiple times via email and chat, but I was either ignored or redirected without any real solution.

At this point, it feels like the company is deliberately delaying refunds.

I strongly advise against ordering from Blickers. If you return an item, you may have to chase your money for weeks or even months.

Avoid these like the plague

Avoid these like the plague, apparently it’s a running trend that everything is late. I’m still waiting for my glasses after a month since I ordered them. Customer service are rude, abrupt and tell you everything you already know. Merina in customer service in particular has been extremely unhelpful. There’s no number for you to ring and from what I’ve read elsewhere they potentially use fake branded products.

Terrible

Terrible. I am now contacting ICO as they never closed my account and didn't confirm deletion of my data and they continue to send me multiple promotional emails a week. They keep receiving my emails but after you continuosly keep asking them for permanent deletion, they stop responding.

A proud PRADA owner

I have been looking for a pair of smart prescription glasses for years and hadn’t found anything that wowed me. I needed a pair that looked smart and authentic on wearing. Specsavers and Vision Express did not have the style I was looking for and so when I searched online, I found Blickers who had a huge online stock of top end brands and styles. I eventually found my pair of Prada make and placed the order. It took two weeks for the order to arrive by courier and now I have the smartest pair of glasses I have longed for. Prada has done me proud for their smart frames. Thank you to Blickers for their prompt order and delivery.

Avoid at all cost.

order. nr. BLK-2026-781083 . It's really worst customer experience Ive ever had. I was waiting 4 weeks for delivery ( 11 days after planned ), they spent 2 days on quality check and guess what ?? They came reeeeally bad installed, I went to two different pro optics and they were surprised how bad it could be mounted. NOW THEY REFUSE TO MAKE NEW ONE OR REFUND, it's really ugly company. It was cheapest option but definitely worst and NOT WORTH it. It was rayban correction glasses and I paid about 300$. Use your local optic because if something will be wrong you will have to do chargeback from your bank like me. Stay away from that store.

I ordered a glasses and it came broken lenses

I ordered a glasses and it came with broken lenses. I sent email with pictures asking for support and the answer I got is that I should change it locally. After taking so long to arrive how they can just ask me to change lenses in other provider if it was their fault?
I tried to give different solutions with no support. Very frustating

Order arrived two weeks late BLK-2026-777900

Order arrived two weeks late, and I was only informed on the expected delivery day. Because of this delay, I was no longer able to request a exchange/return within the allowed time.

The glasses also came in the wrong frame colour. While this may have been an accidental selection, they are non-prescription (only blue light filter), and I simply asked to exchange the same model for a different colour.

After multiple emails and slow responses, no solution was offered, leaving me with no option but to open a dispute. “right of withdrawal” for distance purchases (such as online shopping). This right comes from the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company if you expect support when something goes wrong.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the maximum delivery date for your order was the 23rd, and your order was shipped on the 20th, within the estimated timeframe. The delivery took place on the 24th. While we always aim to meet the expected delivery window, any delays caused by the carrier are unfortunately beyond our control.

Regarding your return request, please note that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. However, the reason why the system does not allow you to proceed is because your glasses include custom-made lenses, which are considered personalised products. This applies whether they are prescription or non-prescription, as the lenses are cut and fitted specifically for your selected frame.

As clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, personalised items are not eligible for return.

We also confirm that the item delivered corresponds to the model selected at the time of purchase. We understand that the colour may not meet your expectations, and we’re sorry for any disappointment caused. However, in this case, our policy applies as outlined.
