I've ordered blinds 3 different times over the past dozen years. Each time they arrived in a timely manner, and correctly made. The quality is excellent, particularly for the price. I'm not sure how customer service is, as I've never needed it. Instructions for how to measure are clear. I would recommend. We get double cell blinds to keep out the weather from our older windows. Works like a charm.

Easy ordering, fast shipping, and easy to read and understand installation instructions. I'd buy from this site again.

Easy to order and prompt delivery. I needed an extra long wand for a set of blinds I ordered, and the person at your company I talked to by phone made that happen. Nice service and products.

My order arrived promptly and the price per item is the best I've found. Even with other sites advertising massive discounts, Blindster is the way to go. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the items were made with NO deductions from the measurments I provided, despite the video saying all needed deductions will be made on their end. These were roller shades, so I was able to trim the winding tip a bit to make the clearance. For the price, not a huge deal.

After reading your instructions online on how to measthey didn't really tell you how to do a group of windows together. So I ended up with spaces between my windows because it'll sit inside the windows they sit. On top of them no, I'm stuck with them like this and you could see inside my house from outside and we're so disappointed. My wife says she'll never buy anything from you again. I like your company but I'd like it more if you could help me out. I haven't heard all of them. Just one set for the living room, the other 2 sets. Are still in the box. I don't even want to put them up now because they have gaps between them. And that's not what I wanted and I thought it made that clear when I ordered them. I even talked to somebody online about it.
So yeah, I'm disappointed. My wife's totally pissed off. Stop sorry to see you can help me with. I really want these blinds, but I also want privacy. That's why we bought them.

First of all, the ordering process was easy and straightforward. There are a wide array of styles to choose from and after making my choice, I placed my order. The order arrived quickly and with the instructions, installation was a breeze. My blinds fit perfectly and look great! I highly recommend Blindster and will definitely order again. Everything was so easy and I had my blinds within the 2 weeks they told me. They were all correctly measured and fit the windows fabulously. I would highly recommend! And, will probably use them again for the other two bedrooms. For what it’s worth I ordered 4 bamboo blinds and 2 blackout cellular. Everything was perfect fit and easy to install.

WE could not attach the blinds into the clips. We got the left side in but not the middle or right side, so we screwed the right side to the ceiling. I like the way they looked and the fit perfect. I may try them again,

Easy to order and I followed the measuring directions precisely. But the shades could still have been another 1/8 inch wider. But they are very nice.

Bought the no-tools blind since I didn't want to drill into the window frame. Instructions were clear and easy, blinds mounted easily and operate smoothly for the last week. Very happy with the quality.

Every blind I have ordered has come quickly and exactly as described. There was one I messed up the measurements on and was able to get a replacement with zero hassle. Blindster is amazing to do business with. I will use them always!

High quality shutters that were half the price of Lowe’s top brand. Believe me, I did the research. After a slight learning curve, the shutters were super easy to install. Blinder also offers a great support team to review your orders to catch any obvious mistakes.

Customer service went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful and courteous.

The window treatment looks great made very well I installed them myself it was relatively easy but the instructions were not clear to understand

I can’t wait to receive them and if they’re as great as I’m expecting them to be, I will be ordering for my new doors and new windows. Could not have had a better experience with Blindster! The updates on what process our blinds were at in the making process and faster than even expected shipping were such a plus. Installation was incredibly easy, although it is a two person job. The value and quality are spot on. Could not recommend them enough!

POOR QUALITY & STAND BEHNID THEIR PRODUCT! Blindster thinks your window treatments are disposable and don't stand behind their product. They only over a one-year warranty and you must buy accident coverage for them to warranty their blinds past 3-5 years. I don't know about you, put I don't pay $100+ per window treatment to have them only covered for a year! This says a lot about the quality of their materials, which has significantly declined since I first started ordering from them.blinds for the past 10 years from Blindster. One of our most recent purchases are cellular shades. They are barely used as the window doesn't require it and after only 4 years -- all of the blinds have torn the exact same way and must be replaced. I initially thought it was just a fluke, but it happened to other blinds purchased at the same time. Basically, they just want me to keep re-ordering blinds from them. Enough is enough -- goodbye Blindster!

This is the second time I've ordered Blindster Blinds. The first time was in our old house where we had to have the smallest aluminum blinds, and this second time in a newer house where we could get the faux wood blinds. Both times were easy to install (clear instructions, very strong hold). The blinds hold up well and are easy to clean.

Be very careful with the replacement guarantee, it is not what is seems. I purchased a "white" fabric shade for my white tile bathroom and it came in very yellow. I contacted customer service and they told me, no problem, they will refund me the cost of the original shade if I order a new one with different fabric. They refunded me the $95 I paid for the first shade and charged $261 for same shade with an upgraded fabric. I could see paying a little extra but not more than 2.5 times. They set up a cart for me on the website to order the replacement but I did not realize the cost was so much until after ordering it. They ghosted me after contacting them regarding this issue. Update: Please note, Blindster.com responded very quickly to this review but never to my emails regarding this issue.
