Im must say I didn't have high…
Im must say I didn't have high expectations but....my shades arrived today and I am pleasantly surprised! Shades were better than I expected!! They are the same color on front and back. I did order a very light color. They are well made and fit perfectly into my existing hardware. I'm pleased all around. In fact, I'm going back online to order more for other windows in my home. The option to have the wand on the…
The option to have the wand on the right side is a critical part for 2.5” wood blinds. It does not seem to be a big deal to make tgat option when buying blinds. A template would also help so the brackets are installed to avoid compenents that restrict squeezing to secure in brackets.

The blinds you purchased unfortunately do not offer the ability to switch the wand placement. At this time, the only 2.5" wood blinds we sell that do allow wand side selection are our LEVOLOR or Performance Wood Blinds 2 1/2" Wood Blinds. We also have a detailed installation guide available on our website to help with bracket placement and installation. Great customer service
My original order was sent to me with the wrong product. I contacted Customer Service and without hesitation a new order was submitted and quickly fulfilled. This could have been a terrible experience but it was handled professionally and I was kept in the loop on status of my order and when I would receive it (actually came a day sooner). Product looks great and I really appreciate the great response.

Updating my review because Blindster offered me a resolution. I ordered 3 shades with 22 1/2 inch and 34 1/2 inch widths. They made 1/2 inch less width so shades came with 22 and 34 inches. I sent them pictures and they offered me a resolution.

Installation was quick and easy, and the shades are great quality. Ordering was smooth, but the shipping updates were a bit misleading. I received a shipped notification days before FedEx actually had the package. A 10-day turnaround is totally reasonable—just be more accurate about when an order truly ships.
