Having been in sales for many years, I've learned that it's easy to tell the difference between a good company and a great one. I've been using Blinds To Go for our corporate offices for the past few years, and they have been outstanding from start to finish.

Great process and quality but communication could have been better
Everything related to selecting our products, measuring, and installation was very easy. I have to admit that the communication after we completed our order could have been better. I was unclear that we had to wait to schedule an installation date until the product arrived in the store. More regular updates would have been helpful. Once they were delivered we were able to schedule our installation appointment easily and from then on out everything moved as expected.

Though the designers were very helpful and knowledgeable, we have major issues with the scheduling department. Our installer did a great job, but only had partial order with him.
Trying to schedule the remainder of the installation has been a nightmare of no communications and delays. It lowers my opinion of the company, they are unable to complete the job.
