Absolute rubbish quality blinds, the sales man "yasser" is just after money. He robbed my mother blind put on blinds that were worth less then £100 but charged her hundreds!

The salesman came when he said he would. An appointment was made to fit the blinds on Saturday but, they'd had a cancellation so fitted them today.
They were quick and efficient and pleasant.
The salesman had the gift of the gab - but I've been on this earth too long to fall fir it!!
They carry a comprehensive range from cheapo to all singing and all dancing!

I think we got a good deal - but we won't know how good until the wear and tear starts.

My 88 year old father received a call from Blink Blinds asking if he was interested in any new blinds. As his own vertical blinds had started to fail (didn’t close across on one side fully) he foolishly said yes as it happens I am. Their sales representative called out and sold him a vertical blind 286 cm x 150 cm which cost him £600.00. I have queried this to be told it is the best quality fabric, D rated blind and an unusual colour which is bespoke. They came to fit it on Saturday. On the original visit Yasser got up and went into the kitchen and started to tell Dad the kitchen blind was not suitable for the kitchen environment, hence the marks on it. (Its a roller blind, been up 8 years) and quoted to replace it and his bathroom roller blind, tried to get Dad to sign up, but he said he couldn’t afford it. Dad only ever requested one quote, not three. I personally do not think this price is correct, but have been asked to leave a fairer review after Yasser rang my father and as my Dad is happy with his blinds and it's his own fault for not looking into it further. Yasser confirmed the price includes VAT but this was not shown on the invoice, which we discussed. He did offer to come and take them away and offered full refund, but Dad wanted to keep the blinds.

The blind is great, the fitting was fine, the price is good - especially as it was a one off, rather than part of a larger job.

The initial sales visit was a bit annoying because he was being slick and salesy, to the point that I wasn't sure what to believe. Ironically he nearly managed to lose the order I would have made on the spot had he just been more straightforward.

But actually the service overall was great and I'm glad I went ahead.

The blinds are exactly what I needed and the cost was very fair. The guy's were friendly and honest couldn't have been any more professional. I will certainly use blink blinds again and I would recommend them highly to anyone considering new blinds.

Very good experience from start to finish. We are thoroughly happy with our new blinds and the service provided by Yasser and the team. A problem with the size of one of the blinds ( not the fault of the team) was resolved and a replacement sourced and fitted same day. Great work ethic and customer service.
