We get a lot of value from Blinkist

I get a lot of value from these Blinks. The summaries of great books here on Blinkist are well-spoken, short, and to the point.

At the end of these excellent summaries, they provide a 'Final Summary' that explains what you just listened to in an even more concise, narrated way. It really helps the main points stick! This is very close to a full score! :)

It's easy to sell things but not always…

It's easy to sell things but not always easy to follow up with good customer service when things go wrong. I'm happy to say that's not the case with Blinkist.

There was an oversight with two payments going through. I emailed and they requested info. I duly sent info. They quickly replied just a further check, I didn't reply as I missed the email. They sent a further email is all well can we help. I replied and now have the confirmed refund and all is well.

Not often companies follow up when things are left hanging, they are normally happy that you went away. Blinkist didn't and that makes all the difference. Widy was great

Cool company and great product

People at Blinkist are really cool. I accidentally cancelled my subscription through my Credit Card transaction and they were super helpful to offer a discount on the next one. The mobile and the website are pretty intuitive. Good selection of books for my taste.

Clear instructions and friendly support

Blinkist’s assistance with my app activation was effective, even if the process lasted a few days. I don’t really know what their normal response speed is, but the instructions were clear and the team was friendly.

Excellent customer service

The app works fine. Daily recommendations are very useful with all amount of books they have.
And the customer service team is just excellent. I wanted to cancell my subscription once the payment was already made and help me with all process giving me several options. Couldn't be more satisfied with them really. I will come bak to some subscription option soon!

Blinkist is great when you have little time..

Blinkist is great when you have little time to read, but still want to read ;-) The summaries are around 20min, great before going to bed or when driving the car. The customer service is wonderful, transparent and very helpful when you have trouble with billing - or like me - I don't have time to use it now and it was no problem to cancel or refund a payment. This is what service should be about! Great product, great service! 5 out of 5!

Difficulties in giving feedback on blinks I read

The issue I had took longer to solve than I had expected. I thank Talida who was insistent on helping me.
I would say simplicity should be the key word on usage of this app.
