Unprofessional in every way

I booked Blitzers for a move-out clean, and the team arrived a day early, stating they weren’t able to come on the requested day. They day they arrived was the day the movers and repairmen were all over the house, so I ended up having to pay another cleaner to clean again. They missed many obvious areas (they did clean them after I pointed them out) and then tried to charge me additional fees for cleaning areas they had already quoted. Luke admitted that day that they didn’t arrived on the agreed upon date because he had personal plans for that day. Never sent an invoice after several requests. Highly highly unprofessional.

Bad experience

Company owner cancelled.
Threatened me with a barrister.
Took a large sum of money from my bank using retained card details.
Got everything back into my bank accounts.
Owner got this, review removed as being not true.
I have a police reference number re fraud investigation and bank emails.
Ridiculous a company owner can get a,review, taken down claiming it was not true.
It was,it is.Make your own mind up about who you employ online.

AVOID!!!!

Phoned for a quote and booked in a date and time and Luke asked me to send him a text to confirm, I did as well as an email and heard nothing back. I phoned again to check it was booked in and he told me to go find someone else as he'd only be making a fiver profit so didn't want to do it, despite the quote being over double the price I've now had elsewhere, Disappointing that I had to chase him, he clearly had no intention of doing the job and couldn't even be bothered to let me know. Really rude told me he was busy and hung up.

Edit: I have since had a text message from them saying:
Hi G****** L******
We will be writing a bad review on - Similar to you have written for us. Thank you

Didn't make much sense, but I'm assuming that's a threat that if I don't remove my very honest and fair review of my experience, they will leave one about my company too, despite having never used us for anything? Strange way to do business... Usually an apology works :)
