Honestly the worst company we have ever had to deal with. Tie you up in knots
They make things very difficult. Accounts department are VERY rude and aggressive. 1,000% avoid!! Offcom should be investigating them!

Shocking company to deal with , you think going with a small company you could get hold of someone but no chance and tried to charge me 11 months to get out of a contract I had already finished with . Stay away just use a big company at least they have policies

Please stay away from that company they owe me money Equal payments ltd . do not do any business with them , i have recording manager swear at me .they are scam please do not any business with them . you will pay way over the top and no one to talk to . shocking service .Please have a look on the comment they left . This is who you be dealing with if comes to it . They should invest in training how to replay to complain. Nothing else to say.
I've been working with Blizzard for 5 or so years now after previously having worked with another Gamma reseller.
I'm so glad I decided to move over to Blizzard. They are a great company to work with, a very supportive group of people and offer a great range of products, including utilities services.
Plus they offer better financial rewards too so what's not to like!
I look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Had a great experience with these lovely people especially Casey Barrett. Although it turned out I wasn’t ready to change suppliers it was really useful speaking to them. I will definitely be using them as soon as I can leave the horrid Opus Energy !! I highly recommend this company 😊

I would like all potential customers of this company to know that as a former customer I had to leave them as how they treated me was disgraceful and I would suggest you may look elsewhere before choosing them. I was left without internet from almost 2 days and the attitude of the staff fell way below what I would expect, I have been with them for over 3 years and I would expect some loyalty and honesty but all I was met with was excuses and poor service.
The best bit of it was when I spoke to Alison about this she told me if I posted anything negative about them or her she would take me to court. Hopefully she know the law a bit better than keeping peoples internet up and running but so long as you are truthful with how you have been dealt with then you are doing nothing wrong. If companies could get away with taking anyone to court that gave them negative feedback then nobody would review anyone as we would all be scarred of the consequences.
Anyway Avoid like the Plague!!!
