Wish I could give negative stars

Wish I could give negative stars. Bought two pairs and they sent me one. Have tried for 6 months to get in touch with them but they forced me to send photos proving that I only got one. They are scam artists...they have a ‘location’ in Miami but a Chicago phone number. They won’t return my emails or send me my other pair. What a frickin joke. Just buy the Apple AirPods. It will actually be legit

Poor quality earphones and ridiculous postage time

So I bought the blackpods pro before doing too much research. After reading lots of bad reviews I was convinced that my order would never come and that I was scammed out of my money. I ordered mine on 9th of June and they arrived on the 30th of July, so that was a long anxious wait.
Initial reviews of the product - they worked surprisingly. The sound quality is pretty meh, tinny and flat. Ive bought cheap Bluetooth earphones from Kmart which sound way better. The problem now is that they don’t charge properly. One of the earphones constantly dies. They lose connection to my phone every couple minutes even when they are “fully charged”. I can’t use them at all, they are serious pieces of crap.
I would recommend you buy the real things, or just get something cheap from Kmart, either would work a million times better.

Ordered in Australia

Ordered in Australia, product sent from China. Big mistake didn't check reviews before purchase, had a total lost of $79AUD. Make sure to find elsewhere website on buying them but not Biknoir! One with proper website don't get fool!

My order was working single side in the beginning, after using it I realized is not charging the entire time. Apparently both sides went down after a short while, completely not working. I tried every possible way to reset safely and let them separate for a while, it won't come back! Service was bad I have got poor English communicator going through my email, after a short while they wont reply... Be aware and good luck enjoy browsing

After sending this they have got my name probably blacklisting me

I received mine after 2 months of waiting! which at all times I thought they had scammed me, and when they arrived I felt really happy,
I've been testing it for 2 weeks and I really like the sound a lot, in my opinion it's good, but I'm not really an expert.
The battery is good the case feel good and the color for me is perfect!

The page where I bought it was in blknoir and the purchase date was June 9, 20 and I received it on August 14

the track of the product is horrible do not despair if the status does not change for several days

Fraudulent company! Beware!!!

It took forever to receive my EarPods as they were shipped from China. When I finally received them, they had a torn earpiece, they don't charge on a wireless pad, and every time I open and close the case, the charge levels change significantly within seconds. One second the left one will show as 85% and the right at 2%. If I close the box and reopen straight away, the left shows as 5% and the right at 23%.

I have contacted them for a refund. They asked me to send video of them not working which I did. They said they won't refund, only replace. They are now ignoring my emails. I did not receive a replacement (which I don't want) or a refund.

They took down their Facebook page and their telephone number does not work. Do not deal with these people!!!

$90.14 CAD on July 21, STILL NO PRODUCT

Product was ordered (BlackPods Mini). The tracking number became available immediately after my order via SMS. Yuntrack.com is the site I'm redirected to. "ALERT!" on my shipment status, I click, "item has been returned and is enroute to the sender". Awesome!

So I send an email Aug 15th. After a broken english, non-professional exchange, I am offered my original tracking number back. Nothing has changed. The courier they use, "Yun Express" has a phone number. I call it, inactive.. All the same values are still on my "shipment progress".

I'm assuming at this point that there's no product coming, or the cheap international courier stole the product and claimed it was returned.

I just bit the bullet and bought Airpods, the financial difference between the products isn't worth the headache. I'm in the process of reversing the Visa charge. Customer service is trrrrrash, and by the looks of it, I'm not getting anything for my money.

SCAM

I bought these and the whole thing is a total scam. I eventually received them 2 months late (direct from China even though there listed as a UK company) - they didnt work and then (after tons of hassle and back and forth emails) they just ignored me and I never got my money back. All of these fake AirPods are basically the same company which is re-branded as "Blackpods" - the site has replaced it with exactly the same videos and graphics. The scam is run by a guy called Ollie Pallister (an ex male model and now professional scammer - heres the address of the so called Blankpods company - 7 Bloodhills, East Somerton, Norfolk, NR29 4DU - so if you see that address on any website do not buy!

If you dont believe me check out the Wired article type in blankpods and Wired magazine

If you need any further info check out the horrific reviews of Blankpods here - search balnkpods on trustpilot.

Also this BBC Click show on knock off scam Air pods - forward through to 8.00 minutes into this show to see the true breath of this scam - type BBC Click / The Influencers and the knock offs.

Basically do yourself a favour - save yourself time and money and buy the real thing. I made the silly mistake for you!

Being scammed sucks

I had never been scammed before. It sucks.
I usually don’t write reviews but hopefully this one can save some people money.
I was looking forward to receive my Blackpods Pro which arrived after about 2 week my order was placed. They look really great aesthetically but sadly the product quality is terrible.
- the wireless battery charging case doesn’t charge on my wireless charging mat which works perfectly with all my other electronics
- the “hey siri” function doesn’t work at all
- the sounds cuts often because the earpods bluetooth disconnect and reconnect randomly to my phone (iPhone 11)
- the noise cancelling functionality doesn’t work even a bit!
Because of the above I contacted them and I have received no reply and obviously no refund. They have completely disappeared.
Surely I wasn’t expecting this product to be on the same level of the original Airpods Pro but this is absolutely total junk and what they write on their website about the product quality and functionalities are just compete lies.
I have reported them to the “Action Fraud Police” I hope they will take their website down.
If you’ve also been scammed by this company please report them too.
The more the better!

HORRIBLE, stay away!

I've purchased Black Pods Pro and i can confirm they're HORRIBLE.
Below average materials, different than picures on upside are where are located the 2 micro-microphones.
Cheap sound, no bass and a TREMENDOUS lag that makes the BlkPodsPro totally unusable to playt games (like COD mobile) or watching movies. STAY AWAY.

TERRIBLE audio quality, no ANC and they do not respond to messages once there is a problem.

Scammers - I was sent a faulty pair of black pods pro.. I contacted them on messenger to ask if there was a firmware update or something that I needed to do andthey simply blocked me before even responding. There is no ANC and one of the vents is just a sticker!

The audio lags when watching videos and the sound quality is much, much worse than a pair of standard AirPods (i compared with my AirPods by putting one in either ear and pairing both.

I have given them 24 hours to reply to my email that I sent over before I claim a chargeback with my bank for a faulty product and take it further in the way of reporting to various trading standards and border control.

Scammers and Fraudsters

Very bad service and scammers this company. I ordered my blknoir AirPods Pro . Arrived in sealed bag and when opened and then opened box no AirPods Pro in the box. Everything else except the AirPods Pro. Contacted company via email to get a reply back stating I need to contact Royal Mail. And they will not be sorting the issue out and i have to sort out with Royal Mail. What an scammer of a company. Takes money, doesn’t deliver on goods , then tells you where to go and not willing to talk any further on it. Will be issuing this now to action fraud for investigation. Stay away from this company. I am not the only person and have seen other reviews/comments of people not getting the item or it’s missing in package and not getting what they paid for. THIS IS A BIG SCAMMER COMPANY STAY AWAY OR YOU WONT GET MONEY OF THEM BACK OR A REPLACEMENT. Scammers scammers
