It’s been well over a month
It’s been well over a month. I’ve contacted them previously asking where my £315 order was and they said on the way whilst offering no prof of dispatch and no tracking Info. They now won’t respond to my emails requesting a full refund. ITS A SCAM!

Scam! Bought a pair of trainers before Christmas and never received them. The post truck number does not exist. When they finally replied they admitted there had been a problem and said they would send them out again. Obviously that never happened. I lost £160!

Ordered daughters trainers beginning…
Ordered daughters trainers beginning December as a Christmas present with a 10 day delivery. Downloaded the app for the tracking code 'Shop' details were never updated.
I sent a email advising of my concern after reading trust pilot and advised as paid by credit card would be contacting the bank to complete a section 75 claim. I received an email back saying not to worry my order is ready and will arrive before Christmas.
The trainers arrived on 23rd.
Maybe I was lucky but my advise to perfect sneakers is to improve communication with customers.

Do not respond to emails or pick up phone. I am in the process of contacting trading standards, they need to be shut down ASAP.
