Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Im going to give this a 3.5 out of 5…

Im going to give this a 3.5 out of 5 and heres why.

The repositioning? Excellent. My resume went from forgettable to compelling. The linkedin overhaul was impressive. The applications to hidden market roles are legit. The live interview coaching? Good concept but takes getting used to.

My first coached interview was actually my WORST because I was splitting attention between the interviewer and the voice in my ear. By interview 3 I got the rhythm. But nobody warned me about the adjustment period. The timeline? I landed in about 10 weeks, not 45 days. The team was responsive the whole time but I think the 45-day promise sets unrealistic expectations.

Some people might land in 45. I didnt. The cost? $10k upfront is steep. The $5k on placement aligns incentives which I respect. But $10k is a big number for someone already anxious about their career trajectory. Result: $87k to $156k.

Thats real. The program works. I just wish the marketing matched the realistic experience instead of the best-case scenario. Team support: 5 stars. Results: 4 stars. Expectation setting: 2.5 stars.
