I cancelled my subscription twice and received orders that i hadn’t ordered. They charged my debit card and credit card and refused to refund me . Customer service is appalling. Donot order anything from this company and certainly donot set up a subscription!

I am posting this review as a formal record of my ongoing consumer complaint regarding this company’s business practices and complaint handling procedures.
I purchased pumpkin seed oil as a one-time order. However, I was automatically enrolled into a recurring subscription without clear, informed, or explicit consent. This raises serious concerns regarding compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
After discovering the unauthorized subscription, I contacted the company to cancel and dispute the charges. Instead of providing a proper response, I have only received repeated automated replies which fail to address the substance of my complaint. Despite my cancellation request, the company continued dispatching products and processing payments through my bank resulting in disputed and unauthorized financial deductions.
I am also concerned that the product appears to be shipped from China, which was not clearly disclosed in the product listing, marketing materials, or packaging at the time of purchase. Failure to disclose material product information, including country of origin and subscription obligations, raises significant transparency and consumer protection concerns.
The continued use of automated responses rather than addressing a formal complaint raises additional concerns regarding the company’s compliance with fair complaint handling standards.
This matter is currently being pursued through formal dispute channels. I am considering escalation to Trading Standards, financial dispute mechanisms, and other relevant consumer protection authorities.

Scam alert 🚨 I ordered these pills, when they finally arrived the packaging looked very amateur and there were no details of where the product was made or any safety testing it had undergone / any regulations that it complied with (ie FDA etc). These pills look like Snake oil (at best) - could be toxic, who knows. I don’t want to take that chance so I asked for a refund and have received no response.

Do not use this company they deceive you into consenting to an automatic monthly subscription! Customer service is dire, all you get are automated responses from ‘Jessica’ in my case. I have started a dispute with my bank re the transaction and cancelled the subscription I never started in the first place. I wish I had read Trustpilot first and if I could give zero stars I would. I repeat PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Nothing annoys me more than auto subscriptions I didn't consent to.
Ordered two months worth on my first order, did not realise I was signing up to a monthly subscription! Who would do that? And when I got the email to say my order has been placed, I immediately contacted them, only to get an auto reply to say they will respond within 48 hours. Bad business practices. Avoid.

Terrible cancellation process
The product is fine. However, I cancelled my subscription on the 17th of January, and received a confirmation email saying it had been cancelled successfully. On the 2nd of Feb, I received an email confirming the shipping of more product, which I was billed for. When I emailed to point out the error, the company said as a gesture of good will they would refund 25% of the price, leaving me paying 75% of the price for a product I didn't order and didn't want.

I received my order on time and when I realized that I was enrolled into monthly subscription, I sent an email and they replied straight away with instructions on how to cancel the subscription.
It was not easy at first so I ticked the delay next delivery so it was delayed for a month and I kept repeating till I reached the maximum which is 3 months. I was then able to completely cancel the subscription.

I’ve been using Bloom N Bond pumpkin seed for approximately 3 months and notice a substantial difference in my hair. No more hair loss, and hair has thickened. I was hesitant to even try this product being that there are so many products on the market, but this is the one that works!!

Won't honour the guarantee!
Edited to downgrade my rating from 2 stars to 1 star, and add more information.
My initial experience was positive in that communicating with customer service by email to ask questions was swift and helpful, and my order of capsules was quickly despatched and received in good time.
Before I started taking the capsules, I wasn't experiencing significant hair loss anymore, so what I hoped was that I'd start to see some regrowth at last. I'd started with a 4 month supply, but unfortunately after taking the capsules for more than 90 days, I saw no improvement.
I was told that I could choose to continue my subscription in case it took a lot longer for me to see any results, but still receive a refund under the 90 day guarantee as it wasn't working for me in that period. I made the mistake of providing photos I took at the beginning and each month after. And despite the fact that neither I nor two friends can see any improvement in the photos, and one friend and I have both examined my scalp to see if there any baby hairs, the company insist there is an improvement, which makes me feel like I'm being gaslit.
Also, they now say that the guarantee is for people who stop taking the capsules if they see no results, but as I already cancelled my subscription after first being told I wouldn't actually receive a refund, that doesn't even apply to me. My conclusion is that they have no intention of providing refunds under the guarantee, so be warned that trying these capsules will likely be at your own expense.
Edited to add: after more back and forth with emails where I repeatedly asked what in the photos showed a supposed improvement, they ignored that question every time. They also said they thought I'd claim another refund if I had continued to purchase the capsules, which is daft as obviously that would only apply to an initial purchase. Clearly, they will use any excuse not to provide a refund under the guarantee!
