I order some flowers for my husband’s birthday,they were supposed to arrive on Saturday,they didn’t.we had to go and pick them up from the post office on the Tuesday.they were sent in a cardboard box,and they were half dead.i have sent a request to be have a refund and have not heard a thing back from.extremely disappointed in there service and product.i would never recommend them at all.please do not use them.

I ordered flowers only to receive an email on the day of delivery stating they could not supply the flowers as requested flowers. They offered a gourmet gift hamper or store credit instead. I opted for the gourmet gift hamper - Well that was a complete joke. They call gourmet 5 packets of crackers (Jatz and Ritz), 2 bags of Doritos, and 2 small packets of fun size chips you get out of a big box. They would not return emails and I couldn't reach them by phone because they don't answer.Absolute joke 

Atrocious business. Flowers never delivered though they took my money and confirmed the order. When I finally received an answer to many emails I sent, they said that No one was able to deliver in that area... it was Canberra CITY! So only when I chased them did I finally find out they never delivered the flowers, when asked for a refund, they said they don't refund I have a store credit for a crap company I will NEVER use again.

Very disappointing- left flowers on the bench outside complex overnight without notifying the person they weren’t sent to. The order was for 30 stems in a glass vase, 6 stems were in a box without water. The flowers were nearly dead when found the following day. Would not recommend this company at all. Very disappointed

Ordered flowers for a family death and this company was supposed to deliver same day and four days later they were not delivered. I Rang bloomex twice and they made terrible excuses. The company should be closed down and the ACCC should be consulted in the service and not receiving the flowers .

The same experience as what’s seems to be everyone. I was a customer of Bloomex for years - it is disappoint to hear it’s now a complete SCAM. Ordered flowers - money gone from my account, no confirmation email, no text updates, NO delivery. The contact number online is not operational, the AI chat not repeats the same sentence and no replies from emails. Don’t know how this is still a website listed for the public.

RUBBISH. Two days late. Wasn’t the arrangement I ordered and … wait for it … was delivered with a packet of dry crackers

I will never use this company again! They happily took my money and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't fulfil the order and instead of giving me a refund, they tried to give me a store credit.

DO NOT USE BLOOMEX.
Couldn't supply the product I ordered. Couldn't deliver to the location, nor on the date required. Delivery was 5 days after selected date. So I didn't get anything I actually selected and paid for.
At no time was any of this bought to my attention, nor was there any offer to cancel the order.
Met none of the service I purchased. Lodged a complaint with Bloomex & just got automated replies. This company is not interested in addressing grievances.
Seems all this is common business practices for them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Appalling service I paid for same day delivery flowers arriving 4 days after. I tried to cancel the order the day I ordered them and the next day with no help from customer service not able to cancel or get a refund. Offered me a $30 voucher for the inconvenience as if I’d use bloomed ever again!

Worst decision ever. Should have read the reviews first.
Spoke to Bloomex Customer Service. Ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card with truffle chocolates. Looked at my email from Bloomex and my order was not the same as what I ordered. I asked if my sister would receive the order same day as it was my sisters birthday that day and the woman said yes. I checked with my sister the next day at 4 pm and no delivery from Bloomex. I rang Bloomex to speak to the woman about my query but could not understand her. I said I was not happy with them but the woman said I am sorry.
On the second day I text my sister and she received the flowers at 1.15pm. My sister sent me a photograph of the order I had placed. The order was nothing like I ordered.
The bouquet was small, roses a bit wiltered, rose petals were going brown and their was no truffles only a packet of McVitie’s Digestives tops raspberry flavoured.
I am constantly receiving text messages from Bloomex Australia mentioning last chance for 15% off with code.
I don’t order flowers online and I will rethink or look
at the reviews more carefully next time.

Shit shit place to get and receive flowers.

Worst customer service couldn’t get in contact with them regarding my order and then got hung up on. Delivery was meant for Monday was told to wait till 9pm and still nothing. Called on Tuesday was told warehouse hadn’t received my order so delivery won’t go out. I asked for a refund. In the afternoon a bunch of what looked like hand picked garden flowers arrived with a scrap paper note. It was embarrassing. I called again to say I want a refund they told me to return the flowers and then they might give me a refund. What a joke!!! $100 down the drain

Bloomex failed to deliver on time and refund process was almost impossible. They must be close to being considered fraudulent operators by now. Despite not having an account and blocking their emails, they continue to send spam. Avoid. They are a scam.

The $122 flower I had delivered to my sister for her 60th Birthday look like something from Cole’s.
So disappointing with the quality and quantity.
I payed for the Deluxe and it looks like a $12 posey.
Never use this company!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Paid $115 for flowers that were meant to cost $89.95
Flowers were 4 days late and arrived nothing like what we ordered, bright green paper wrapped the pastel bunch of flowers, the card we paid for was also not a card it was words on a dirty paper which had crap all over it and business numbers. We were told we would get chocolates due to the delay as we got $1 box of crackers! Customer service doesn’t care emails don’t even work!!

The flowers ordered were absolutely nothing like the ones that I had ordered. The "card" attached was literally one of their old pamphlets torn up and the message was written on the back of it. Absolutely appalling.

DO NOT USE. Years ago this was a great company to deal with. Now, your flowers will not arrive on time. The marketing is relentless. Constantly cold calling and sending messages. You will be 100% disapointed.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. An absolute scam. Customer service lies to you at every opportunity. Flowers weren’t delivered. Refused to refund. Spent hours on the phone trying to get my refund, which only happened when my credit card company withdrew the funds after an investigation. Never ever again. Save your money and the hassle and avoid at all costs.
