Ordered on 15 Feb, order updated to say its on its way on 20 Feb. No tracking info has been available since then, the item is now weeks later than expected and reading other reviews, I am increasingly thinking this is a scam which delivers a poor quality product which is not as advertised.

Shipping took a lot longer than expected. The actual product was also much smaller than what is advertised on the site. Color was different as well. I don't think it was worth the $45.

I ordered 13th of feb hoping my order would come before my girlfriend’s birthday on 23 of feb. It is now march 5th and it says my order is on its way at origin in china, this was not advertised to me and unless they make it right this review will not change. Be careful buying from here.

5/03 Update. I received a email saying the refund has been processed.
10/03 the refund has been deposited in my account.

I placed my order in early February, and several weeks later I still had not received anything.
The tracking showed “Shipment information received” for weeks with absolutely no movement or updates. It appeared that a shipping label was created, but the package was never actually shipped.
There has been zero progress and no clear communication. Waiting almost a month with no shipping activity is unacceptable.
If this is a dropshipping model from overseas, customers should be clearly informed about realistic delivery timelines. Transparency would prevent frustration like this.
At this point, I expect either a clear explanation with a real delivery timeline or a full refund.
UPDATE:
The refund was issued only after I opened a dispute with my bank and informed the store about it. Before that, all of my messages were answered with what appeared to be automated template responses.
Additionally, the Proton Mail service I use flagged their email as suspicious because the domain failed authentication checks.
After looking further into similar products online, it appears that identical items are widely available from Chinese wholesale platforms for a fraction of the price.
I would strongly recommend researching the product online before purchasing.
Please be cautious when dealing with this store.

I’m honestly really upset about this whole situation. When I ordered the blanket, it clearly said it would arrive within 5 to 9 business days, so I expected it fairly quickly. Instead, I waited 19 days with barely any updates. The tracking never properly updated, and then one day it was just randomly sitting outside my door. When I checked the tracking afterward, it suddenly said “delivered,” like it had all been updated at once. The whole thing felt confusing and unprofessional.
When I finally opened the package, I was even more disappointed. The listing said the size was 150, but the blanket I received was way smaller than that and nothing like what was advertised. It felt completely misleading. I even tried calling the customer service number to get answers, but no one ever responded or followed up. At that point, it honestly felt like a scam. Between the false delivery timeline, inaccurate tracking, wrong sizing, and zero customer support, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly warn others to be more careful before ordering, because this did not feel like a trustworthy or legitimate purchase at all.

Do not buy from this company, ordered it over two weeks ago with no shipping updates. Reached out to customer service with nothing back. Wish I used my credit card so I could have marked it as fraudulent because this seems to fit the definition. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

AVOID BLOOMIE BLANKETS. The sizing is ridiculously small and nothing like what’s advertised. For the price, the quality is extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.
They also promised a free gift with my order — never received it. Between the misleading sizing and missing promo, this was a complete waste of money. I won’t be ordering again.

Can I give negative stars? This company is definitely a scam. As others have said, the shipping time was bogus and coming from an unheard of shipping company and tracking from China. When the product arrived it was poorly made, unraveling and even had a giant hole in the middle. It was such a disappointment, I was planning to give to my wife for Valentine’s Day and decided not to. Not to mention it was $98 and now I have reached out to customer service multiple times to get a refund and still haven’t heard back. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. do not fall into their trap or read their fake reviews and probably AI generated social media posts!!

Shortly after leaving this review I reached out as they mentioned below. I actually received a response, letting me know that they will send another email with return instructions, however a couple weeks later and reached again multiple times, still haven’t heard from them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that this company is a scam. I think all positive reviews on here are fake.
