Ordered a blanket before Valentine’s Day. After 12 business days, no tracking order was given or updated. After reaching out they said “due to an error, following your request we have refunded you the full amount”. I never requested a refund and no further explanation was given.
I ordered a second blanket 22 Feb 26. Today 1 April 26, I sent an email asking for an update after they previously stated the item is on the way but the order number said it hasn’t been delivered. They responded saying “upon your request we have submitted a refund”, again I did not request a refund.
Terrible customer service, terrible tracking and delivery. Cannot comment on quality as never received a product.

TERRIBLE product. I ordered a blanket and it arrived around 3 weeks later. The quality is horrendous. Blanket arrived in what I can only describe as Shein packaging like it came from a Chinese sweatshop. I was refused a refund on the grounds that I had opened the parcel…how am I supposed to inspect the quality of my product without physically looking at it? This is against UK consumer law and completely illegal. Will be taking this up with my credit card company.

Customer service is genuinely awful. The worst experience i've ever had as a customer. Not only was my package never delivered, it was entirely abandoned. Emails only as customer service is bad enough. Emails that don't get returned for days at a time makes this company borderline scammers. Do not buy any product from these people.

I ordered from Bloom Blankets and have yet to receive my item. There were no updates, no shipping confirmation, and no communication whatsoever about the status of my order. I reached out multiple times to request a refund and was completely ignored every single time.
At this point, I've paid for something I never received and a company that refuses to even acknowledge my messages. This is not how any legitimate business operates. I will never purchase from Bloom Blankets again and I would strongly discourage anyone from giving them your money. You may never see your order — or your money — again.

My two blankets just got delivered. A little odd that I never received any tracking info but I’m grateful they came in. My fiance really like her blanket but I’m a little disappointed in the size

Won't be recommending this company, no idea if order had even been placed properly, payment taken, no confirmation, no idea of delivery time, no communication upon placing order. Product arrived after 18 days, obviously made in China. Over priced for the quality.

I ordered a “blanket” from Bloomie Blankets on February 6th for Valentine’s Day, and the product I received was nothing like what was advertised.
The item is extremely small, around 2 feet in diameter, and is not usable for a person. The photos and marketing clearly imply a full-size blanket designed for human use. What I received is closer to something sized for a small pet.
Shipping was also very misleading. The item did not arrive until March 18th, over a month later, after spending weeks in international transit. The company presents itself in a way that suggests it is U.S.-based, but the product shipped from China, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Between the inaccurate product description, the size, and the long shipping time, this feels like a typical drop-shipping operation using misleading advertising.
I would not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered 2/7/2026, received conformation but haven't received anything about shipping. Order tracking leads to a page not found. Bank account was charged at time of order and then no communication from Bloomie Blankets. 38 days and counting. Customer service also has not replied to previous email sent 2/28/26.

Do not waste your money or time on these. I ordered two of the $45 blankets on February 2. The website had a banner stating they would arrive before Valentine’s Day. They did not arrive until March 14. To make things worse, the blankets are nowhere near the size depicted on the site. These things are at best maybe 2.5 feet in circumference. They are barely big enough to wrap a newborn baby, much less cover an adult. Finally, the topping on the cake for this bad experience … I didn’t even get the Mystery Gift.

I am truly disappointed to find myself the victim of this scam at my age. Upon receiving the two blankets I purchased, I observed that they were significantly smaller than depicted on the website. I initially suspected that the discrepancy might be due to the included free "mystery gift," which I now consider to be an unreasonable expectation. I attempted to contact customer service twice regarding these issues; however, I received no response. Furthermore, it is unfortunate that there is no option to speak directly with a representative via telephone. Regrettably, this experience has led me to the conclusion that I will not place any future orders with this company. Additionally, the shipping process was notably slow.

I experienced an issue with my order not being shipped on time. After contacting customer service, I learned that my order had been processed as a pre-order and therefore could not be shipped immediately.
Of course, I expressed my dissatisfaction (through a bad review on Trustpilot), but the team was responsive and able to assist me, offering a goodwill gesture (2 free blankets as long as I updated my review, which I did). This helped make the overall experience more pleasant at the time.
Today, it is April 14th, and I still haven't received anything. I asked them to refund my initial order (placed in mid-February), which they did. That part is fine. But where are my free blankets?
This website is a joke, and what really frustrates me is that they still send promotional emails. Avoid this website—what a waste of time and maybe for some a waste of money!!!

I’ve sent emails and had not a single response. I just received the blanket today, March 12th. The blanket is cute but smaller than I imagined and the communication needs to change.

Ruined my wife's first mothers day. Ordered with plenty of time. Weeks went by with no information only for them to say my order was actually a "preorder" without telling me. Now delivery is still waiting and won't be here in time for Mothers Day. When I complained I was told that it will be in time for Mothers Day as Mothers day is in May... stupid company clearly US just dropshipping. Would avoid at all costs
