We enjoyed staying at the coast for a winter break and cannot fault a thing.
We booked a stay at one of their properties, Radar, but the property was not habitable (heating stuck intolerably high, no working toilet, no hot water). We contacted the owner to rectify these issues under a hour after arrival who told us they would send a technician over in the morning. However, the severity of the issues made it impossible to sleep and we had to leave at 2am without staying the night and drive 3 hours home.
We asked for a full refund, and Bloom Stays took no responsibility, saying our reservation was with the host and not them (but refusing to connect us to the host via email, instead relaying messages between us). The owner offered to reimburse us for half of the total price, which felt very unfair for a three-night stay of which we’d not spent a single night, so we refused. We eventually had to dispute this with the bank and got all of our money back.
This was a truly terrible experience, and on top of this Bloom Stays conveniently never sent the link to publish a review about our stay on their UpFrontReviews page.

Stayed in one of Bloom Stay’s cottages and unfortunately it was infested with carpet bugs. The bugs got into our luggage and travelled home with us and now we are having to treat our home. Customer service were terrible and cold and denied the bugs existence, which was mad because they were everywhere.
We stayed in a nice property fitted with modern amenities in Kent. However, there was a persistent odour in the property, either rotting wood or sewer gas. This was obviously a known problem as air fresheners were plugged in as you entered. We raised the issue with Bloom but had a rather vague, evasive and disappointing response that it would be looked into.

Delhi hotel Karol Bagh have been subject to an online scam which means payments are taken but reserved rooms are not made

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house in Greatstone. The views were incredible. Bloom Stays are very attentive, they answer emails quickly and dealt with a couple of minor issues we had quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them in the future and would love to stay at Waters Edge again one day.

Love the website and the look and feel of the houses. Once I got to stay I knew I would be back.
My best house The Beach House at Sandgate for a larger family group followed up by Whitstable Hideaway for 2.
Bloom Stays has such great standards and I felt looked after even with a tiny issue that cropped up.

Absolutely avoid Bloom Stays at all costs. We stayed at one of their cottages as a larger group. We took real care of the cottage and cleaned up after we left. The owner of the cottage then raised a list of damages against us, which were definitely not caused by us. Some of the damages we should have received compensation for, not be charged for! We were furious at the situation, but Bloom Stays unsurprisingly took the side of the host. We would have used Bloom Stays many times again, however now we will stay clear and warn all others to stay away from them.
