this isi fantastic

i bought the blowbrusher and was sceptical.. but i was pleasently surprised at how good it is.it looks big, but its light and easy to use..i love how you can hold it and turn it easily while it dries and styles your hair at the same time..its much better for your hair as it doesnt burn like a straightener does. i love it

Blow brush.

Best thing I've brought. No more blow-drying then using straighteners to straighten, no curling tongs to curl my hair, this does it all. Brilliant purchase.

Purchased a Blowbrusher from…

Purchased a Blowbrusher from BlowBrusher UK in November and to start with was really good. But after 4 months of only using it 2/3 times a week, it started to steam and was too hot to hold. The bristles have melted due overheating. I emailed the company and they replied to say it was over 30 days so I wasn’t entitled to a replacement or refund. I quoted the consumers rights act 2015 but they are still refusing to replace, refund or even fix it. There are lots of reviews on trust pilot with the same fault but their website shows 5* reviews. Very dodgy company

Excellent for thick curly hair

Made blow drying my thick and curly hair so much quicker - I get a much smoother blow dry and only straighten it now if I want a super sleek look.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

placed a order for my daughters Christmas present on the 13th December also paying extra for express delivery and I still have not recieved it. I get fobbed off by there customer services everytime I send a E Mail.
Absolutely disgusting and I am well out of pocket

Ordered last August and seemed good but…

Ordered last August and seemed good but within a couple of months it smelt of burning, bristles melting and falling off. Due to my son being ill I finally got around to emailing them a few weeks ago and there's been emails back and too since. They told me as it's after 30 days they can't do anything. The only thing they have offered is a discount. Why on earth would I want to buy another one ??? Usually electrical items have 1 year warranty at least. Shocking customer service, when they do reply it's like speaking to a robot, they are just on repeat.
Avoid, rubbish item, rubbish customer service.

AVOID BUYING FROM BLOWBRUSH

I purchased the blowbrush in May 2022...not even 9 months and the brush bristles melted, burning smell. I contacted blowbrush and they offered to give a discount code to purchase another blowbrush. Why would I want to purchase another one when clearly the quality of the item had issues?? I raised this with blowbrush again and they clearly said they can't do anything about it because the purchase date has gone over the 30 days. AVOID PURCHASING FROM BLOWBRUSH AT ALL COST!!

Warning

Warning! My blowbrusher made a loud electrical cracking noise then smoke came pouring out of the brush. There was a horrible electrical burning smelll. I had only had my blowbrusher less than three months. At first it was a life changer but it could have been a life ended. Please do not buy this product. I am still waiting for them to do something about it ie refund my money
They refused to refund or exchange this product as i had owned it for over 2 months (just) absolutely disgusting they offered me 40% off a new one! Like I would buy another o e!

Burning smell and handle went boiling…

Burning smell and handle went boiling hot. My fire alarm went off in the hallway when I was using it. The bristles had all melted into the brush and some started falling off.
They are now ignoring my emails and you cannot physically speak to someone. Their automated email reply states that a "human " promises to reply within 48 hours. 5 emails down ..
4 weeks of no correspondence.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PRODUCT TURNS DANGEROUS VERY QUICKLY.

Placed my order om the 9th December it's now the 4th of January I've still not received my order

I've tried contacting them numerous times and still no response from the company

I wouldn't recommend using these at all

Incorrect product sent!!!

I placed an order on 06/12/2022 and received the incorrect item on 28/12/2022. I have emailed and also tried calling them and the phone number dials out and no one answers. I do not recommend anyone buying from this company!!! This is so unprofessional and disgusting customer service!

Placed an order on December 14th

Placed an order on December 14th. Paid for 2-3days shipping. Still waiting! Zero contact from blowbrusher despite me reaching out to them multiple times via email, phone (never answers), Facebook and messenger. Customer service simply does not exist at this ‘company’…I now doubt it’s a legit company at all in all honesty…so disappointed and angry! 🤬

Customer service is appalling you don’t get a response have been waiting nearly two weeks for the item when asked where the item is they don’t respond you just receive an automated response they tell you to track your order when you purchase it but it still says order placed wouldn’t recommend this company at all seems like a scam if you ask me they take your money but don’t send you your product

Blowbrusher Scam!

Week later still nothing sent further emails, then got a message saying ‘the culprit would be dealt with as some deliveries were messed up’?? Just constant lies, have had no goods they have my money, stopped responding to my emails. Complete and utter scam!!! Do not buy from this company!

No customer service available

Haven’t received my Blowbrusher after 5 weeks. Cannot speak to a customer adviser and just receive automated messages telling me to contact Evri. Evri still saying there’s a delay, No item, no refund, no customer service, what can I say?
