I purchased this product in March 2021 after seeing few bloggers promoting it. However, today when I used it the sound changed to a very high pitched noise and smell was coming out as if something was burning.

I emailed customer service and was told i have gone over the 6 month warranty so they can't do anything which is very disappointing, especially for a product which is quite expensive. I would also like to add i have only used this a few times as most of the time i let my hair air dry.

I would not recommend this product especially for the price its being sold at, and it seems to be a reoccurring issue which is clearly not being dealt with.

Purchased one of these in March, doesn’t do what it claims, I have a lot of very curly hair and to get it straight with this is impossible. Although it does cut down on drying time with a normal hairdryer and adds a tiny bit more volume so I like it for that reason. But there’s another issue. I only use this once a week, as I only wash my hair once a week and tonight it started to make a mechanical noise and smoke started to come from it, so it’s now unusable. I paid around 70 or 80 quid for it so it’s not what you’d expect after that many uses. Have emailed their customer service &shall update once I receive their response.
Update** apparently sending a new one once they are in stock will update if I receive this

Update... they’re asking for information, I’ve sent this and he’s they sent me a replacement which again didn’t last, since then I’ve purchased another 2 one was for myself and another was a gift, mines has conveniently stopped working again, unbelievable! Don’t waste your money there are numerous blow drying brushes that don’t fail as easily as this! Taking it to trading standards it’s cheap crap and they’re quick to take the money
