Booked for a double pickup and numbers confirmed. When the car arrived it was completely inadequate for our requirements. No solution was offered and the response from the company was disgraceful. This left me ( a loan female in my late 60s) stranded at 3am with no way of connecting with my family at the airport. Finally arrived by another method but only just in time to catch my plane. A distressing and unhappy experience.

We paid up front over £100 for what we thought was a private car taxi, including a car seat. However as we got chatting to the taxi driver, turns out this was an Uber driver booked by Blue. The company ‘claims’ their driver had a break down, however never told us that they would use an Uber, which was not what we paid for. We also paid extra for a child’s car seat which wasn’t provided. When I complained thier story changed from “driver was delayed so we asked a 3rd party to provide a driver we didn’t know it was an Uber” to “yes we booked an Uber because driver wasn’t available “. They have said child seat fee will be refunded, so let’s wait and see.

Incompetent and Rude - Do Not Use
My experience with Blue Airport Transfer was nothing short of a disaster, nearly causing us to miss our flight. Despite confirming the luggage requirements the day before, the car that arrived was far too small for our needs. When I called the company to address these issues, I was met with a hostile and defensive response, with the blame being unfairly placed on me.
I requested to cancel our return journey and refund both that cost and the additional transport expense we had to incur. Since then, Blue Airport Transfers has offered me £10 as "compensation" for their staffs rudness. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling. I would strongly advise avoiding this company if you value reliability and decent customer service.

When we arrived at the meeting point the driver was not there. We had to follow his directions to find the orange parking lot (I didn't like that one). Once in the car he was friendly and tried to talk to us. During most of the trip he called his company or they called him on the car speaker (it was a bit stressful). I recommend using a headset.
