I sent an email query over the weekend which was acknowledged straight away with a clearly worded ‘holding’ email. I hadn’t expected a reply until Monday at the earliest…but on Sunday morning I received a really helpful email from Victoria! I replied to her and within a very short timeframe she had sorted out my issue. How lovely to have such prompt, polite and professional Customer Service. I emailed/messaged last week and today my BLC has been reactivated to use, so there wasn't too much of a delay.
