Couldn't be happier!

Ordered an arrangement from bleume-shop.ch online from the UK to be delivered to Montreux. Had major reservations after I had placed the order after reading previous review but didn't cancel the order to see what happened and so glad I continued with it! Beautiful arrangement delivered next day in perfect condition! Excellent communication throughout, order confirmation, despatch confirmation and delivery confirmation, couldn't fault the service or quality of product at all! Would definitely use again and certainly recommend! 5*!!

Unreliable & Poor Customer Service

Flowers were ordered from this website for a family relative sick at a local hospital in Zürich. Online ordering was simple and preparation was quick.

However, the flowers were never properly delivered. Despite not fulfilling the purchased service, the customer service refused to provide an alternative solution for the problem.

Other flower shops in Zürich of much better quality.
