Amazing
Prior to choosing Blue Mount Publisher, I had spoken with a few other publishers. I chose Blue Mount Publisher due to the services they provide and how informative they are. Their pricing was much less than the other publishers. I did not feel as though i was being pushed into anything. They are very thorough with every service they provide and answer any questions you have. Other than the publishing package, there are other services available at additional prices. I have found them to be fair in price. They are understanding and work with you through everything. They have been amazing! I am very pleased to have released my first book through them. The WORST publishing company
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO WITH THEM.
Everything they have made doesn't actually work including their costly website. They are incredibly incompetent and unprofessional.
They have priced by book at 2.99 USD when I explicitly told them to price it for 19.99 kindle and 29.99 hard copy. This "mistake" happened over a month ago and they still refuse to fix it. This is not even a rookie mistake but an ominous warning that they are incompetent. The website they made for my book does not work as promised. It was supposed to sell product my books--the website was unable to do so which is in violation of our agreement.

While we are here to help, this pattern of posting objectionable content to wrest personal benefits is tantamount to online extortion. Blue mount maintains a zero tolerance policy against such attempts. I’ve had a terrible experience with Blue Mount Publisher, I signed up with them in August and the experience has become worse and worse, They are careless, inefficient with time, disorganized and inept.
