This company is now selling under…

This company is now selling under Blackstone smart watch and won't return emails or calls. I received a rose gold instead of gold which is useless and they won't contact me. Don't waste your money

No reply from customer service (4 trys) after 4 weeks

I bought a Milano smart watch for £79.95 from this company 20th March and 5 days later the chain metal strap got stuck and would not open. I sent four requests (2 by email and 2 via website) asking how it could be fixed (nothing obviously jamming). Now almost three weeks and no reply! I finally found that the chain links had expanded, so this is how you can fix it: get a small long nose pliers and gently squeeze the strap to reduce the width (about 1 mm) until it slips out of the buckle. This watch is in fact the same as the Xiaomi Ultra 360*360 selling for £36! Bluestone even use the same advertising photo but with different dial (the watch cmes with several).

Beware Bluestone Smartwatch (Not smart!)

I purchased a Bluestone Smart watch at the end of November for a Christmas present. It arrived in good time and I just checked the contents were as ordered and not damaged before wrapping. The watch tells the time and that’s about it! To date my daughter has emailed directly and through the support link 5 times. I also emailed. Not one reply, even though they promise to respond within 48 hours. After 6 weeks it suddenly started counting steps but still doesn’t track sleep. It comes with a 1 year warranty but for that to be of use it requires some form of communication from the company. If you offered negative stars…

I ordered a Milano Smart Watch from Bluestone Watches.

I ordered a Milano Smart Watch from this company, which claims to be located in Australia, in January. They claimed it would arrive in 5-7 business days. It not only took over two weeks but the colour of the band was not even close to that in the online, so I immediately emailed them that I wanted to return the watch but have not heard from them. I have not tried on the watch and it is still in its original packaging. They promise on their site to get back to customers within 48 hours. Not only that, their watch is identical to a Smart Watch advertised on the Light in the Box site. I am now suspecting that it is a scam.

Bought the Milano smart watch from…

Bought the Milano smart watch from bluestone in November. It took 3 weeks to be delivered. I had to email the company as they advertised 5-7 working days. The reply was a generic one sending me a link to track it which I already had. Worked fine for about 3 weeks. Then it stopped monitoring my sleep and my steps. I did a reset and a factory reset which didn't work. I have emailed them twice asking for a refund and have never received a reply. So I am stuck with a disfunctional watch and this company are still advertising. My advice is don't waste your money. Their customer service is disgraceful

No customer service for any issues.

Order #1815 - 2 x Smart watches
I have bought two Smart watches from BlueStone, one especially for my son's birthday and one for myself. Unfortunately, the watch isn't working properly, and it didn't detect any wifi or Bluetooth. I have sent various emails and on their website Help pages. Unfortuantely, I have not received any response from the company. Not even a note Since August 2024! . The watches aren't cheap and now I have two (not working ) smartwatches with a cost of over £180. I have requested a full refund. Still no answer no response. I am strongly believed that this is not a genuine website or it is a scam?
