I have an AC70 which has plenty power for my needs and a Charger 1 which charger fast when I’m on the road between jobs. Also have just purchased a 255W solar panel which is on its way.

I have a Bluetti EB3A with a 120W panel, and I’ve been using them for over two years with great satisfaction. Just a few days ago, I decided to purchase an AC180 as well, to support off-grid use and camping. I'm confident that the new product will also live up to my expectations

As always nice discounts and awesome products, so bought another product

I have two AC 200 max with each 2 x B230 batteries. The product have a very good DC power input capability (both system can handle 4 solar panels of 450 watt) . I have 3 small issues . When the B230 reach 100 % charge.. then they "refuse" to discharge .. This is solved by unloading at 1200 watt minimum and when they indicate 99 %, I stop the unloading and they work again normally. The second issue is a dispersion in the charge indication .. Sometimes I need to do a full discharge and then recharge at 100% to recalibrate the BMS. Also when I stop the AC200 max and if the B230 are partly discharged, when I restart the system the B230 remain sometimes to 0% .. To solve that I recharge the system almost fully and then all works properly (They need a kind of "priming") . So these are enoying but minor problems that can be solved easily

I have two Bluetti products one bigger more heavy that I use most from home and camping. I also have their smallest to load my mountainbike battery with. I have experience from support with troubleshooting the bigger one. As for all I must admit that Bluett I keeps its word and stands for it. Nice work Bluett I.

Great customer service. Replies and enquires dealt with positively and quickly. Purchased a AC180 which is fitting in idealy with our needs. Easy to use and charges well with the supplied solar panels.

This is the third battery i bought in a few years time and i think its a great product for camping or on the boat.
I leave them there and in the winter i keep them in the house.
I am very satisfied with the use and the loading options.

Good experience with the equipment, even though I expected more capacity. The battery is 716Wh, but you can not get more than 400Wh

I had some issues wtlith the payment, my card got always declined but debited temporary, i call the costumer service e and they was nice and helpful. Finaly i could make my purchase again and everything works fine.
I am exited about the product. Bluetti gain on trust cause of great costumer service.

I save for this unit from new year, and when i have 1000€ i whant to buy it and price be 1500€. I write to customer service i tell them that is soo wrong from them to uss and they give me some discount

I bought the new model élite bluetti from the oficial bluetti website on the 4th of April. It's 22 of April and the only email I received was the confirmation of my purchase. I received no information at all about the delivery or any notification that there were delays. I waited 15 days and nothing. I contacted bluetti nearly 20 days after my purchase. The agent on the phone told me there were delays with this product as is a resale product and when I bought it it was not in stock and that they will start delivery procedure after 28 of April !!! I'm quite disappointed with thos and the fact that no notification was sent. I my mind I had the idea this was a top brand and top brands expectation is excellent customer service after sales. Well... this was not the case. I would appreciate any compensation as my idea was to have the product for my Easter holidays in my motorhome. I would wait and see when it is finally delivered and will write another review.
