We a Purchased an Alton stream 2 hot tub. Andrew brunton dealt with us from start to finish, was a pleasure so dealt with someone like Andrew as he was very knowledgeable and easy do deal with. The delivery guys were also great. Overall was some of the best customer service iv had thanks

We recently purchased a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa and have been absolutely delighted with both the product and the service from start to finish.
A special thank you to Andrew Brunton for keeping us informed throughout the process and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The installation team, Dwayne and Marshall, were outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took great care during the installation, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were completely comfortable with operating the hot tub before they left.
We've now had the hot tub for a little while and are thoroughly enjoying it. The build quality is excellent, it's easy to use, and it's already become a fantastic way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The whole family loves it!
It's rare to find a company that combines a quality product with such exceptional customer service, but Blue Whale Spa has certainly achieved that. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a hot tub purchase.

Bought Hawkins Bay 11. Fiona was fantastic and very helpful when i placed my order. Sorted a delivery date. Phoned me 1 hour before arriving. Delivery and installation went very smoothly. The 2 guys that set my hot tub up were brilliant and went through how hot tub works. Fantastic company can't praise them enough would definitely recommend.

After researching online I narrowed our possible supplier down to 2 in the area. Visited the Blue Whale Spa showroom first and was so happy with the approach of the sales person (Fiona) that we ordered then and there and didn't get to the 2nd supplier. We were having some works done in the garden and couldn't take delivery immediately - this wasn't a problem as BWS were happy to hold the unit for up to 6 months. The delivery and installation took place yesterday and we couldn't be happier! Everything went smoothly, complete with a run through of filling, chemical treatment, and operation of the spa. Setting up has been very easy. I had a query during set up and called customer services who were very helpful. A very happy customer!

Andrew Brunton was very helpful on the phone and when we visited the showroom. The ordering process was very straightforward and the delivery was very smooth, set up was done by two very polite guys. Customer services after are I was very impressed with so overall we are really pleased with our hot tub- fab service from start to finish.

I cannot rate the service we had from BlueWhaleSpa highly enough. From start to finish, the service we had from Andrew Brunton was just brilliant. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. A hot-tub purchase was a big decision for us having had inflatable ones previously but we felt very reassured talking to Andrew. From original phone-call to delivery took just 3 days and we couldn't be happier with our purchase or the service we received. We would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the whole process of purchasing our hot tub was extremely easy, Fiona answers all our questions, showed us around the hot tub in the showroom and dealt with purchasing, the two guys that installed our hot tub were also excellent, they explained everything and were very knowledgeable about the setup we are extremely pleased with everything and enjoying our new hot tub

From start to finish the service was exceptional Fiona in the office guided me through all the options and helped settle any uncertainties. On the day of delivery the 2 guys were very careful with a tight route. The set up of the hot tub was explained thoroughly step by step and made things easy to understand. Cannot praise the company high enough

I would highly recommend this company, after talking through on the telephone the various aspects of the hottub I was able to confidently order online. Andrew called the day after the order to confirm details and to arrange installation and access routes, Andrew kept in regular touch up to install day. The install was carried out by Mark and Marcellus who very very efficient and left the area spotless after installation. Best price great experience.
