From an initial interest in BlueWhaleSpa hot tubs, through to purchase and delivery Andrew Brunton was extremely helpful, providing advice and answering our many questions. We requested delivery on a specific day and time to coincide with window replacement at the property and this was also facilitated. The delivery / installation team were also excellent and more than helpful. We ( and the grandkids!) are thoroughly enjoying our new hot tub and highly recommend BlueWhaleSpa

I went to Bluewhale Spa and met with Andrew I must say what a fantastic man he was, no pressure to buy. He went through all the different options for my requirements due to suffering with a bad back. Rang this company to gather information about Hot Tubs and spoke to Andrew in sales. Having chatted with him for 10 minutes I decide to buy my Hot Tub from BlueWhale Spa. The process was stress free and everyone I spoke to was very helpful giving excellent advice. I sent a video of the route to bring the Tub into my property and Andrew confirmed they would be able to install it without needing a crane. The 2 lads that installed the Tub were very friendly and gave me good advice on how to run and clean the Tub. I have had the Hot Tub for seven months now and I could not be more pleased with the performance. Anybody thinking of buying a Hot Tub should contact this company. The after sales service is also excellent giving sound advice. James helped me with the controls on my Tub when a message came up that I did not know about. He talked me through the process of going through the menu to resolve the test. Thank You BlueWhale Spa.

So far it has been an easy experience with good customer service. It’s not been easy form them due to a very busy schedule recently, but they was very understanding and couldn’t do enough.

I have now booking in my service and will further update once complete.

The Customer Service is excellent, any time we have needed help Andrew Brunton has been great. The hot tub is fantastic, we're really pleased with the whole experience of buying from Blue Whale Spa and would highly recommend.

We have purchased a Morrow hot tub after visiting the show room. The salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy and offer lots of advice so we could decide the right one for us. Pre-delivery communication was informative, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The tub was delivered and installed by a couple of men. They arrived on time and worked swiftly and skilfully to get the best set up and were very conscientious throughout. I had a couple of queries after installation, and they were dealt with courteously and immediately. I believe they are a very customer focused team.

From start to finish company was fantastic before buying our hot tub. We called the company for more information on the San Pedro 2 as we wanted to make sure we was buying the right one for us. Fiona was very reassuring, answered all our questions and settled our minds. They fast and sufficient and we had our hot tub delivered in no time. Very happy with our Hot tub.

Brought a hot tub and the insulation was fantastic the 2 installers were sorin & joh they were brilliant and explained everything to us they were very professional and polite also the sales man Andrew Brunton was very helpful nothing to much trouble and am very pleased with my purchase

The whole experience has been great. Delivery went as planned and any subsequent questions have been answered quickly. The tub is great after a hard days work or gardening !!!

From start to installation a 5 star service. Met Andrew when visited showroom. Kept in touch. Hadn’t moved into new property at the time. No heavy sales calls. I compared to other suppliers. No one came close. Installation so professional. With a training session. Lots of information. Very clear guidelines. Again easy 5 stars!!! Thank you. Fulfilled our dreams brilliantly!!

1st Time Spa buyer, did the usual research but ended up following a friends recommendation who has had their BlueWhaleSpa for over a decade! Saw a deal online and called, had nowhere to put it yet but they were ok to hold it for a deposit, 3ish months went by with the occasional polite phone call “don’t forget you tub” haha. Pulled the trigger, called one day, paid and booked delivery/install, really nice simple instructions to ensure smooth install (I just uploaded a video walking the route with a tape). Delivery and install went perfectly despite a challenging squeeze, coffee and bacon reward for the guys as they were brilliant. The performance of the Spa is incredible and to call me several months later to check up on how we were getting on was a nice surprise. Their guides for looking after water quality really took the white lab coat off looking after one of these bad boys too. Definitely recommend service and product, top notch!

We purchased a St Marks Bay hot tub from Blue Whale 3years ago and are delighted with it. Showroom staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the engineers who carry out the annual service are always very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We had been searching for months for a hot tub, overwhelmed by the vast options and uncertain where to begin. Fortunately, we decided to visit a showroom and chose Blue Whale. Since we had never owned a hot tub before, we were unsure how to start our search. That's when Andrew stepped in to assist us.

Andrew guided us through all the available options, explaining what to look for in a hot tub and providing valuable insights. It took us some time to find the perfect one, but Andrew and the team offered excellent support throughout the entire process. Even when we needed to change the delivery date, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The installation team were brilliant as well. They explained and demonstrated everything we needed to know about operating and maintaining our new hot tub.

We cannot thank the entire team enough for their exceptional service. We will definitely use Blue Whale again and have already recommended them to our friends
