We’ve had our Blue Whale tub for a couple of months now and we’re very happy with it. The team that installed it were excellent and installed it exactly how we wanted, it took around 2 hours for them to get it set up.
The purchasing process was straight forward and all done over the phone in around 20 minutes.
We will hopefully get many years out of it, so assuming it provides that, I’d certainly have another in the future!

Communication prior to purchase was exceptional, and clear instructions on the preparation of the site were sent before delivery.
After sending a video of the area where the hot tub was to be situated, the 'all clear ' was given and a delivery date arranged.
The van turned up on time, with two men who skillfully put the tub in place, linked it all up, and then a brief demonstration was given. I have already enjoyed many hours in there, along with the grandchildren. Quality item and a quality company. Highly recommended.

No pressure from the salesman to buy he showed me several hot tubs and asked what my needs were. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have given a 1st service from start to finish.

From start to finish and aftercare Blue Whale Spa put me first, friendly sales and after care staff over the phone and really knowledgeable and friendly installation team. I purchased the additionally chemicals package and they’re really simple to use, tub is also very economical to run. Would definitely recommend them.

From looking to purchasing to delivery to installation to 1 year service, BlueWhaleSpa has been fantastic. Their recommendations were spot on. Patience in the showroom for first time buyers was really appreciated and helpful. The buying process made simple with aftercare and guided emails explaining everything you need to know. Delivery was flawless and we have been enjoying the hot tub ever since. One of the pumps was making an unusual noise within the first couple of weeks. They came round and sorted it without any issue. Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Made the right choice in choosing BlueWhale, from the first call to delivery.. it was effortless. We love the Albany 2, perfect size for us and cheaper to run and look after than the previous inflatable spa. Would highly recommend this company.

BlueWhaleSpa have been a pleasure to deal with. I've been dealing with Andrew Brunton specifically. I had short listed 2 hot tubs and Andrew helped me decide which of the two I wanted. His knowledge and advice was great. There was no 'hard sell', which was a breath of fresh air. I felt in control of my decision. Andrew was super flexible with arrangements regarding when I wanted to go ahead with the order and delivery. He answered my questions when I wasn't sure about something and made the whole purchase experience a positive one. Hot Tub delivery is now set up for this week. Looking forward to getting it and getting in!! Would highly recommend doing business with these guys.

Update 19/10/25 - my Carmel Bay hot tub was delivered a week ago. Jon and Craig delivered and installed it for us. They were lovely guys! Did a beautiful job, confirmed with me how I wanted it situated and gave great advice to position it to the best advantage. They cleared all the packaging and took it away. Super genuine guys and we even had a round of hugs before they left. The tub itself is amazing...everything I dreamed of and I feel very reassured by the enhanced insulation, which I saw when they were installing. Let the good times roll!!

Excellent service from the BlueWhale team. Special thanks to Andrew Brunton who always responded to my queries, nothing was too much trouble for him. Delivery and installation guys were great too..... oh and our hot tub is also amazing!

Nick and Andy were very helfpfull and professional. Helped me work through the opitions before deciding on Princeton 111.

Delivery/fitting guys also did a great job and even stayed on a bit later to help with electrcian.

Had my Hottub delivered today by Zen and Hubert they was absolutely fantastic,they had to go through the neighbours house with the hottub a bit of a route but they done it without any problems they also explained everything to me that l needed to know on the hottub.

Andrew Brunton was fantastic to deal with, I was a new in the hot tub game and with so much to choose from he made sure I was getting everything I needed from the tub. He also provided me with some complimentary chemicals etc which was a great gesture.

The install team were absolutely fantastic, couldn't be any more helpful. They listened to my questions and at no point was anything too much trouble, great guys.

I would fully recommend Blue whale spa from a buyers point of view and hoping their aftersales is there to match!

I have had my hot tub a year now really pleased with it. Great product.
